Because we came to Wuhan Joy City to attend the four-day Goddess Festival event, we found this hotel near Joy City. The location is very convenient, just a few hundred meters walk to Joy City. First, list the things you are dissatisfied with. I hope the hotel can correct it and guests can also supervise: 1. The hotel's underground parking garage is extremely difficult to find. There is no obvious sign at all. You have to drive in through a small alley that is under construction. It is not very friendly to us out-of-town guests. I sincerely suggest that more signboards be added. 2. Hotel public health. From the time we parked the car to the time we took the elevator to the first floor to check in, it was like we were in the same elevator as a garbage truck. The floor of the elevator was covered with all kinds of stains and dripping liquids. We could only hide in the corner with our suitcases. 3. The stickers in the hotel corridors are almost all defective, with mold or curling up everywhere, which is very unsightly. 4. One of the most intolerable: The auntie who cleans the rooms was standing in the corridor chatting and laughing before 8 o'clock in the morning. The soundproofing of this hotel is very poor. I just couldn't sleep. I couldn't bear it anymore at around 8 o'clock, so I opened the door and scolded him, "Please don't chat in the corridor or at the door of the room, the guests need to sleep" before leaving, without any apology or anything like that... 5. The second most intolerable thing: I don’t know what was being built on the rooftop on the third floor of the hotel, but at 8 o’clock on Sunday, the noise of dragging, moving, and banging began! There is absolutely no way to rest, which is really incomprehensible! 6. The third most intolerable thing: In a modern hotel, since you have wifi, you should speed up the internet. Now that I'm connected, it's basically useless. There's no signal near the window, and there's no signal in the toilet! The key point is that there is basically no cell phone signal in your hotel! My telecom network and mobile network are both in the weakest 4G prompt state... We move in here just to spend the night, it’s too easy to lose contact!
