Facilities: The public facilities are very comprehensive. The living room projection, treadmill, telescope, and food heating and refrigeration are all provided free of charge. The entertainment is also very comprehensive. Although I didn't see anyone playing for a few days, it has everything. Service: The front desk is also very enthusiastic and responsive. The speech is very easy-going. Please point out the shortcomings, otherwise I will look like a procrastinator. The boys' shower facilities still need to be repaired. I only go to the second one to take a shower every day. Only the shower head in that one is complete. The toilet seat is worse than the squat toilet. The boys urinate all over the floor when they go to the toilet. I hate this kind of people the most. They have no public hygiene awareness. Without careful inspection, I was forced to stay in a dark, windowless upper bunk in a corner. After I changed the room type, I was forced to stay in the original room type again. The answer was that it was arranged by the system itself. They said they had contacted us in advance, but it turned out they never did. I try to communicate with them every day but they don't respond, and when I ask about it again at night, the problem is still not solved. This is the first time I’ve experienced that after booking different room types, they were aligned to the lower room type.

The location and environment are great, but the hygiene is average. There is dried dirt and dried liquid on the bed board... and the front end of the bed curtain track is hanging down. There are a lot of hairs on the toilet in the bathroom. The shower room supplies are of good quality, such as Opal, but there is no hand soap in the wash basin, and the tissue box is tattered. There is no air conditioning in the public area and it is very cold. I was shivering when sitting. The air conditioning panel in the room was locked with a cover... Speechless. It is called a constant temperature of 25 degrees, but the panel is not turned on at all. The room is very cold, and the temperature is the same indoors and outdoors. I asked the front desk and they said it is turned on at night. They treat people like **. The books in the work area are in a mess... And sisters who have city view rooms, please remember that the actual situation is not like in the pictures where every bed faces the window! When there are many people, you may be assigned a room with a white wall and a table facing the door... (To be honest, I was assigned a tiny partitioned room at the beginning, with only a narrow corridor and a small window for one person. They said that the information was changed temporarily. If it was changed, why didn't they inform the booked guests in advance? Fortunately, I was "lucky" and someone happened to check out at night (?) and then I was assigned a city view room that "looks more like the picture". Apart from these, there are no other disadvantages. I hope the store can refer to my suggestions and accept them with an open mind, so that things will get better and better.
