Excellent location right in the heart of the Jianghan pedestrian street. The metro station is right below the hotel building. Service staff are all friendly and helpful. The free laundry service is a lifesaver.

Definitely an excellent hotel and highly recommended. Excellent service. They serve you tea each time you go to the reception. Excellent breakfast and evening meal, all included. Room is excellent with perfect view.

Wonderful hotel with top notch service and location! Excellent breakfast and there’s night porridge when we were hungry at night. We enjoyed sitting near the window looking at the river view during our stay.

Great location, fantastic riverside views, lots of breakfast options in both Chinese and Western cuisine options. Super clean modern room. Highly suggest to book river view instead of city view. Will definitely come back.

Good location and high quality, free facilities.(Laundromat, Gym and supper) Spacious room for a family of 3 and great front desk reception! Coupled with the panoramic view of the Yangtze River from the dining area+room.

Front desk service is up to the hotel standard but the hotel needs some upgrades
1.room window is unclear and needs to change a new UV protection
2.the hotel elevator rug needs to be changed and cleaned more often
