服務態度很好，酒店裝修具有特色，大堂有免費茶水，房間乾淨整潔，酒店遠離城區，十分安靜，確實“讓中國人出門睡好一點”。湖景如畫，悠遠寧靜。近地鐵站，坐5號線去黃鶴樓，方便快捷。酒店旁有超市，附近有一些小餐館，生活方面比較方便。

前台端莊有禮貌，地方好找，打車也方便，房間寬敞明亮無異味，床上也很乾凈沒有一根頭髮一點污漬，衞生家馬桶沒有一點泛黃，噴頭水流也大，一次性拖鞋還是防滑的，確實不錯。基本走遍全國，同價位這家能排前幾名。

第二次入住，給家人訂了三間房，都很滿意，餐廳不大看起來乾淨衞生，食物清淡可口，房間和衞生間也乾淨衞生，毛巾和枕頭被套都很新沒有異味。

前台兩位帥哥服務非常棒，不僅贈了早餐券而且還送了入住小禮品，早餐也很美味，師傅很用心。晚上房間的燈出現了一點小問題，前台也是迅速處理了。如果房價在節假日浮動小一點會更完美。
