Wuhan Huangpi District Hotels

The location of the hotel is amazingly convenient, inside of the Terminal 3 at Tianhe airport. The staff were really helpful. Teng Da kindly helped us with room upgrade and we had a really nice night of sleep before a long flight. 

My stay was perfect. As soon as I entered the hotel, the lobby was decorated with elegant atmosphere, the staff greeted warmly, and the check-in was efficient and fast. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm, and the bed was soft and comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The hotel's dining is also very good, the breakfast is rich and delicious. And the hotel is in a good location, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the supporting facilities are complete. Whether it is service or hardware facilities, it is impeccable, I highly recommend it to everyone, I will choose to stay here next time.

Because we arrived late, we chose to stay at the airport directly; it was quite good. I didn't expect it to be so clean and neat. The room type was good. It had everything it should have. The service was also very good and patient. Breakfast was quite early, and there were also fruits, meat, eggs, vegetables and staple foods. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

Very new hotel under Holiday Inn brand, supposed to be a great hotel next to the airport, but operations killed this hotel. Hope they can solve all problems asap. Just opened in Mar 2025, but there were multiple basic problems. The biggest problem is their air-conditioning. Set at the absolute lowest 16oC with the biggest fan mode but the room does not cool down even after a few hours. The technicians came but didn't solve the problem. They mentioned they cannot do anything, and they are the only 2 technicians that day and they have been fixing curtain problems all day. Technicians came at 12+am. Spent the night with a stuffy room, sweating even with a t-shirt and short pants in Wuhan March weather. Customer service is not bothered to solve any problems for us. Secondly, the air contains smell from renovations, maybe toxic gas is still around, in the room. Seems like the hotel isn't bothered and rushed into the opening. Requested for air purifier. Hope that this will reduce toxic air breathed in. Lastly, their shower hose is leaking. Can refer to photos. All in all, multiple basic problems which are critical are present. Recommend everyone to stay somewhere else first. Maybe wait a few months before staying in this hotel, for your own safety and comfort.

The location is great! It's right at the T3 pretext... or should I call it the pick-up point, just turn left! There is a toilet + water dispenser next to it with few people. No one saw me when I went to wash up in the morning. 😂 McDonald's is opposite (I just had breakfast there... The lady took the initiative to ask me to download the Golden Arches app to get it for free ☕😙) This capsule is much better than the one at Baiyun Airport! ! ! I am so afraid of noise, and the airport broadcast didn't affect me at all... I could vaguely hear a little bit when I closed the door, but not much~ I saw that the pillowcases and quilts were changed for each guest~ The capsule at Baiyun Airport is a sofa chair, which cannot be completely straightened. Even if you book it a few days in advance, you will not have a quilt if you go late, and you can only sleep in the worst position + you will be kicked out at 7 o'clock + the sofa chair is cleaned with a wet cloth that is wiped and not washed! In comparison, there is no time limit here in Wuhan, and it is simply too good with the other points above~ Super satisfied!

Good price deal for this hotel. Very next to Sonjiagang metro station. Airport is just 10 mins away by metro. Wuhan street is almost 50 minutes travel by metro. But worth travellig to Wujan street in the evening. Overall room size and amenities are good. Will prefer to stay here next time.

Tianhe Airport designated pick-up and drop-off service (two trips): Airport pick-up and drop-off is super convenient, highly recommended. Facilities: Complete. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Very close to Songjiagang subway station. Service: Very considerate.

The room was clean and tidy and quiet at night. Good service. Convenient transportation nearby and complete living facilities

The room is very cozy, the bedding is super comfortable, the front desk service attitude is very good, overall it is very good, very satisfied and highly recommended
