Excellent location and room . Only let down by an average breakfast . Would stay here again if in this area

Very card customer, if you drink more water, they give you more bottle of water, so nice!

This hotel is located near the factory I was visiting. Across the road are a couple of convenience stores, with Wanda plaza being a few blocks away and we didn't manage to visit. We did walk a block away to a local grocery store where we picked up some local treats and even stumbled across a good korean BBQ restaurant. The hotel itself - pros: I liked the room I was assigned, it was very clean, had a bowl of fruit, 2 bottles of water, teas and coffee, desk to work on, spacious bathroom and it didn't smell of smoke. Breakfast had lots of variety and was good/decent quality. We were entertained upstairs in a private function room with a 15 course dinner, which was excellent - service, quality of food and display of the food. I didn't use any of the other facilities so cannot comment. Cons: The mattress is VERY firm. They allow smoking in the hotel, so the lobby wasn't pleasant if people decided to have a smoke. Thankfully my room did not smell of cigarettes, although there was an ashtray and matches.

old style hotel and bedrooms, actually design to be a resort so guests are mostly groups of retired people with kids. Breakfast looks like canteen, certainly not quiet

The room was large and comfortable. The hotel is not really for the foreign traveler as very little English is spoken, however, I will stay there again the next time I’m in Wuxi.

I always stay in this hotel every time I travel to Wuxi for business. The hotel has a good external environment and convenient parking. The service staff are beautiful, enthusiastic, thoughtful and considerate. The room is clean, comfortable, hygienic and feels like home. The breakfast is very rich. It is the first choice hotel for business trips and travels, so I will recommend this hotel to my friends. I would like to express my special thanks to Manager Zhou of your hotel. My family took advantage of the holiday to travel to Wuxi to see the cherry blossoms. We stayed here. Although it is not very close to the scenic area, the transportation and parking are convenient nearby. The hotel is quite large and the room is very clean. However, what touched me most was the hotel's service. When I checked out the next day, I was with my daughter and she got up late, so I missed breakfast. When the lady at the front desk knew about it, she went to the kitchen to pack food for us. I have stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I have encountered such a heartwarming service. I am really grateful to the lady. I wanted to take a picture of the lady's work ID card, but it was not clear. I remember that there is a word "盼" in the lady's name. This time I came to Wuxi, I not only saw the beautiful cherry blossoms, but also met kind people [love]

I chose it temporarily when I took my children out to play. It should be considered a hotel. The facilities are not very new, but the overall environment is still okay.

It was a very good stay. The front desk lady provided warm and thoughtful service. She didn't know the way, but she kept helping me find a way. The brother who handled the business was also very good. I accidentally lost my car keys during the stay. I woke up after a nap and found that the brother had helped me put them away. When I checked out the next day, the hotel gave the children a super beautiful little gift and a travel package (fruit and water) before leaving. It was so caring and more thoughtful than we thought. Next time I go, I will definitely choose this hotel again.
