The room was ready early, and the formalities were completed quickly upon arrival at the hotel. When I opened the door, the electric curtains slowly opened, and the view suddenly became clear. The living room has a 270-degree sea view, facing the music square and the sea, and I am in a very good mood. The room layout is very generous, and the bay windows along the windowsill are made into soft couches, and there is also a huge sofa on the balcony. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and watch the sea. There are two TVs, two toilets, three sinks, and a bathtub in the room, which is very comfortable. The mini bar provides 8 drinks, which are very rich and can't be finished. A pool party was held on the day of check-in, with many foreigners and very lively. In short, Shangcui Hotel is very satisfactory and worth choosing. A little suggestion, as a hotel that has just opened, the hardware facilities should be maintained. I stayed in Room 368, and the automatic window screen on the balcony could not be pulled up, which was a little inadequate. Everything else is perfect. Every waiter I encountered was friendly, great, and responsive!

I booked for 5 nights and called the hotel before I came to request a room on the 5th floor. The front desk lady arranged a room on the 5th floor for me, which was great! The hotel is very new and has an unbeatable sea view room. The sister who cleaned the room was very nice. She would ask me every day if I needed cleaning and chat with me very kindly. Everything was very beautiful. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly, and the service was very good. If I come to Xiamen next time, I will stay in this hotel again.

If I don't open the window, the air conditioning is stuffy and there is a smell. If I open the window, I will be bitten by mosquitoes. It is such a terrible experience. I will never choose any hotel under Hyatt again!
