這次住的房間在2樓，陽光很好，可以看到庭院，心情一下就舒坦了。
房間很大，衞生挺乾淨德。
周邊吃海鮮很方便，去廈門大學和植物園很近，之前住其他地方去經典坐車就得很久，去海邊也很近，沙灘德沙子是真細啊～
老闆也很熱情，還送了泡好的鐵觀音！
不足的地方就是如果房間能配上一次性毛巾和浴巾就更好了！

這家民宿是來廈門旅遊花的最超值的一次，地理位置非常好，去哪裡都很方便，房間也很乾凈，紙和拖鞋用的品質都很不錯，隔音嘛達不到酒店的標準 晚上有人經過會聽到上下樓梯的聲音，但是整體還可以不影響！睡醒還能聽到鳥叫聲，有點歲月靜好的感覺！忘記拍照片了，院子很美那天隨手拍了一下

衞生：床一打開有毛髮 後面説了給換了 然後打開馬桶又是毛髮 本來比較晚了 不想麻煩他們 和商家聯繫説了 也是衹説了句不好意思 旁邊有馬桶套 我衹想要個態度…我從不寫差評 我知道差評對於一家店影響有多大 這是我第一條差評 因為確實比較失望住的不開心 出門在外玩的是心情 房間熱水器也是 忽冷忽熱洗着洗着變得非常燙 唉 希望商家多注意一下吧

這次選的這家民宿，體驗感特別的好，老闆服務非常的到位。今天廈門下雨了，還貼心的提示我們要帶傘。很多小細節值得點贊。房間的衞生也做得很好，挺乾淨的。地理位置滿分，去哪裡都非常的方便。打車都是可以直接到門口接的，周邊也很多好吃的，下次來廈門還會再選擇的

房間空間寬敞，陽光非常棒，一整天都有鳥叫聲，令人心情好。民宿男女主人是對小年輕，非常客氣好溝通，樓下咖啡廳氛圍不錯，幾天經過人都不少。臨時找個地方放空幾天，附近學生多，生活煙火氣息濃厚，感覺回到了學生時代。出行公交站就在門口，附近地鐵站也在建設中，打車叫外賣都容易，挺好的地方。

優點，整體環境還可以，周邊有很多小吃店，去景點都比較近，打車也不遠，民宿還有咖啡喝。缺點，5.1價格貴了很多，一樓樓道路燈光線透到一樓房間，晚上睡眠有影響。

房間有設計感，但是方便程度不足，乾濕分離的衞生間直接對着床，且沒有任何簾子遮擋，朋友出行感覺不方便，有些尷尬！且乾濕分離濕的部分水會透到乾的部分！
所有房間均衹有一排高高的窄窄的窗子感覺通透性差，舒適性不高！
店主兩人服務非常好！
和民宿連接的有一個好好咖啡店，客人買一送一，咖啡可選很多，非常好喝！
洗漱用品品質也不錯！
大大的投屏屏幕很給力，儘管沒看！
總體的入住體驗還不錯！有些新意

房間設施很到位，很乾凈，床墊軟硬適中，有個小院子很愜意可以休閑，去主要景區都很近，門口交通，小吃都挺方便的，老闆服務也很好，耐心親切，值得推薦！

真的非常推薦這家民宿！原本來廈門玩不知道到底定酒店還是民宿糾結了很久，後面小紅書有看到別人推薦，定了一天後麪又多住了幾天，感覺非常滿意，所以我這個大懶人特意花時間來給大家推薦！！
首先，地理位置非常好，這次來廈門就是想去廈大和沙坡尾拍照！民宿離這些景區都很近，坐門口公交車可以直達廈大西村，然後一路逛下去太方便了。
衞生：阿姨每天都給我們續住打掃了，然後中間因為喝奶茶去灑到床單，老闆也特別耐心親自給我們換了床單，服務細節滿分！
設施：非常齊全貼心，潤膚露都有，床墊不是非常軟的那種，軟硬適中，隔音也不錯，晚上沒什麼噪音，反正我是睡得很好哈哈。
對了，一樓有非常氛圍的咖啡廳，喝咖啡租客還給我們打五折了！總體來説，服務到位！淡季兩百多的價格可以享受到這樣的環境和服務，沒什麼好説的！希望老闆生意興隆，下次會再來！
