Air-conditioning not cool enough, mini bar not cold too.
Toiletries and toilet paper not enough for 3 persons to use.
Need to improve since the location is perfect for visitors and foreigners to stay in.

Xiao Liang front desk staff was very friendly and polite

I had a pleasant stay at Xiamen Yong Li Da Garden Hotel. The location is very convenient — surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. It made getting around the city easy and stress-free.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at the htoel. The place was spotless, and the reception team, especially Xiao Chen and Xiao Ting, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I asked for directions, they not only provided clear guidance but also shared contacts and recommended lots of great places to visit. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and big. Superb location. Front desk staff need to be more informative and attentive to customers. Overall, this hotel is very good. Will come back.

Nice staff with good customer services, the hotel re-arranged rooms for us due to the problem of noise of the air-con, they re-act prompty and politely.

The hotel is situated in a convenient area, close to Gulangyu Island, Zhongshan Road. It was easy to get around using public transportation or by walking to nearby attractions.
Service:
Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was efficient and smooth. Some staff spoke English, which was helpful for international travelers.
Value for Money:
Overall, I felt the hotel offered great value for money. I would recommend it to other travelers, especially those looking for comfort, convenience, affordability, etc
