Lovely place, located in a historic building, the a**osphere resonates with authenticity. The owner is welcoming and provides considerate advises. The room is very spacious and quiet at night. The view of Sunlight Rock at night is magical. A free breakfast is provided, simple yet delicious. A small courtyard provides a tranquil spot to unwind after exploring Gulangyu Island all day. The bed could be more comfortable, leaving space for improvement. The overall experience is excellent.

I had no hope for the B&B at first. Even though I had read everyone's reviews, I was still worried. I was really surprised when I got to the room. The hostess was warm and welcoming. The room was warm and clean. Every corner was well organized. It was very comfortable to stay. It was rainy and cloudy for two days. Lying on the bed and listening to the rain was extremely comfortable. There was Sunlight Rock outside the window, and there was a small balcony. You could see the Bagua Tower from the balcony outside the door. It was very close to every attraction. It was very convenient to leave from the Piano Pier on the return trip. I would definitely come to this hotel again without hesitation next time I come.

After so many years of traveling, this hotel can be listed as one of the most comfortable accommodations. The service attitude, accommodation quality and environmental hygiene are all excellent, not lower than the level of a five-star hotel.

This is an old villa. The boss also planted a lot of flowers in the "backyard", which was very beautiful. When you come back tired of shopping, you can drink tea and chat quietly in the front and back yards. Facilities: It's a house with years at first glance, but it was cleaned up by the boss and the cleaning lady. Every room has wooden floors, but the sound insulation is very good. It wasn't until I checked out that I knew that there was also a guest with children living next door, and they would not be disturbed by each other. Service: The most worth mentioning is the service. When we went to the beach to play, the boss would take the initiative to tell us that there were toys for digging sand here, so we didn't need to buy them. He also personally made coffee and breakfast for us. In just two days, I was still not satisfied. It is worthy of being a hotel with no bad reviews on the island. It's really so good~

I was thinking about whether to book a relatively newly opened B&B or hotel. Fortunately, I stayed at Le Zhiyun in the end. It was really clean. There were no facilities that were not easy to use. It is very good to sit in the courtyard and eat breakfast or just sit and daze. I like the washbasin in the courtyard the most. It is so comfortable to wash your hands and legs with cold water in the courtyard on hot days! Every part of the B&B is spotless. I don’t know if the boss and his wife will be tired of running it so patiently and carefully. This is the perfect B&B in my mind. The only regret is that Gulangyu only arranged a two-day and one-night trip, and did not stay long enough, but I and my friends will definitely stay here as long as we come here! A purely true evaluation. The lady boss never mentioned any good reviews from check-in to check-out. I believe that every guest who comes here will give good reviews from the bottom of their hearts. There are many details that I can't describe one by one, such as the small cabinet for self-service items in the lobby, the sweet mulberries in the backyard, the piano with good sound quality, the children's building toys, and the breakfast carefully prepared by the lady boss. The boss was very nice. We arrived at 9pm and he picked us up at the pier. He also cared about our needs during our stay and provided a free home-cooked breakfast. It was good. There was a loquat tree in the yard that was several decades old. You could see it when you opened the window. The only drawback was that the house was a bit old and the soundproofing was average. You could hear the screams and noises of children on the same floor at night.

The floor of the public area was covered with sand and soil by us, and I felt so sorry for the store. The room has a viewing balcony, and you can see the Sunlight Rock, which is a surprise. There are also many sand digging tools for children. In short, I will definitely continue to choose Le Zhi Yun next time I come to Xiamen. I will also recommend it to my friends. I was very glad to book Le Zhiyun B&B for one night in Gulangyu. After getting off the boat, I found it quickly according to the owner's detailed instructions with pictures and text. Le Zhiyun is located in the middle of the island but it is very quiet. It is very enjoyable to sit here and read a book and drink a coffee. The owner also told us that there was a coffee machine downstairs, snacks, water, etc., and we could take them ourselves. The owner was very kind and personally made coffee for us to chat.
