The location is very good and convenient for travel. There are surveillance cameras in the hospital, which is very reassuring. The staff are generous, enthusiastic, proactive, efficient, thoughtful, and professional. The room has good lighting, is bright, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The mattress is comfortable, the water flows quickly, the water temperature is good, and the bath is comfortable. The Internet speed is fast and the office is convenient. The room is tidy, clean and sanitary. It is very good and highly recommended!

Location: Just opposite the ferry terminal, at the intersection of Zhongshan Pedestrian Street, very easy to find, it is super convenient to go downstairs for shopping, take a taxi or take the bus! Service: The service is very meticulous, and the housekeeper Xiao Guo personally took us to the room, very considerate! Environment: The room is stylish, clean and comfortable, bright and spacious, with a smart home system, convenient and interesting. Front desk: The front desk on the seventh floor is a super fun coffee shop, which is very suitable for friends who love to take pictures to check in. The overall experience is very good! Worth recommending!

The location is good. It is near Zhongshan street, a local market and it has a really good view of Gulangyu. The non-smoking floor had no trace of cigarette scent. The staff were helpful with the luggage and promptly resolved an issue with the room. I did request that they helped me with a restaurant reservation but failed to update me on the outcome. Overall, service was good.

I had a great experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. Ricky, who was at the hotel lobby, was especially helpful and welcoming. He greeted us with a warm smile and made check-out smooth and easy. He also gave great recommendations for nearby attractions, which made our stay even better. The hotel itself is very nice—clean, stylish, and comfortable. The rooms were well-maintained, the amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and want to give a special shoutout to Ricky for his outstanding hospitality!

Location: The hotel is situated in a convenient area, close to Gulangyu Island, Zhongshan Road. It was easy to get around using public transportation or by walking to nearby attractions. Service: Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was efficient and smooth. Some staff spoke English, which was helpful for international travelers. Value for Money: Overall, I felt the hotel offered great value for money. I would recommend it to other travelers, especially those looking for comfort, convenience, affordability, etc

The place is clean. There is an elevator. You can enter from escalator of zhongshan road or from behind and use their elevator. The lobby is at 2nd floor. They clean everyday and provide toothbrush, slippers and other ammenities. It’s in the middle of zongshan road. Taxi to and from airport only costs 40-45rmb which is very affordable. A lot of food beside it and souvenir shops. I only walked to 8th market and shapowei… If you don’t like walking, you can ride a taxi. Train is also near. I only spent 5rmb to go to jimei village via their train.

External looks dated but internal ok. However lobby has a strong stench, bathroom as well but mild still bearable think sewage system old. Otherwise room spacious and clean. Aircon heater does not work need to install standalone heater if need only found out on second day after feedback to front desk. Perhaps locals are familiar with this but not foreign visitors.

Amazing service. We are very happy with our stay. Staff (especially Mrs Lee , xiao yun) were very helpful and went out of their way to help us out. One of the best 4-star hotels that we have stayed at. Room was very big (and clean) which is main reason I booked the inner room and the Hotel didn't dispoint me. Also the room is quiet, the sound insulation is good. They also have 24hr free self service laundry room (great facatility). If you have any expectation, you can always talk to front desk. They are very helpful. Location is great, virtually on Zhong Shan Rd ; 3min walk to city site seeing bus top, 10min walk from Gulanyi island return ferry terminal. My kids had so much fun with the room facilities voice control - smart control. Awesome hotel - highly reccomend.

I stayed at the 16/F with my elderly mom and she enjoyed her stay. The room was newly refurbished and the view was nice. The hotel is right next to a big mall and a major shopping street, super convenient. The buffet breakfast featured western and local xiamen style food. The service was great and the receptionists can speak English. Shoutout to Jerry, thank you for the help my mom needed!

The service of this hotel is really good. The cleaner （思娇）noticed we were doing laundry and were hanging our clothes everywhere, so she put on her own initiative to provide drying rack for us. Cute and sweet. Location of this hotel is really strategic with bus stop and metro station nearby.
