This place is so cozy, you can walk to Changpinggou in a few minutes. staff is so nice they help me to call a car to Shuangqiaogou. I highly recommended who looking for a hotel at Siguniangshan.

It was a great experience to say two nights. The room was big and warm at night. There was a lovely cat and kind manager. One thing uncomfortable waa that I had to turn on a tap for 10minutes to use hot water.

The hotel is so nice, good value for money, and located close to changpinggou you can walk 10 mins from the hotel . The staff is so lovely. recommended!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is excellent, close to everything I wanted to visit, with easy access to transport and local attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

What we liked - Comfortable big room, heated bed is very useful for cold nights, oxygen canister in the room (must pay for use), hot water available for shower. Room and bedsheets are clean. Shower gel shampoo and toothbrush kit all provided. Contacted the owner of the hotel for some advice he was fast and friendly and helped us with transport around the town and getting back to Chengdu etc. What we didn't like - the room ceiling we had is a retractable ceiling, it got stuck for 2 nights. Breakfast could be improved - 2 eggs each would be nice, and some toast with peanut butter and jam? Mantou is not everyone's thing.

The hotel near Changpinggou is within walking distance of the park entrance, though it's on a small hill. The owners are friendly, the rooms are cozy with great views, and there's an elevator. After 6 PM, heaters warm the floors, while the bed heater is available anytime, making it very comfortable despite the cold. The soft beds are perfect, but it takes a while for the water to heat up due to the weather. Once warm, it's great. Ideal for a winter stay!

Have a floor heating and in the room is super cozy and warm in winter season. Located nearby Changpinggou.

Response from Property: The winter in western Sichuan will basically last until April next year. There will be blue sky and white clouds almost every day, so don't worry about the weather. The weather in winter is only blue sky and white clouds and snow. Please remember to bring down jackets, hats and gloves, and equip your car with anti-skid chains. You may not need anti-skid chains when traveling in western Sichuan in winter, but you have to be prepared. Don't take a shower on the first night if you feel uncomfortable. It is normal to have a slight headache, dizziness and chest tightness on the first night. The winter on the plateau is more specific, and the conditions cannot be compared with those in the city. We have many shortcomings. Friends who come from afar, if you feel uncomfortable during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will communicate and solve it together. I hope you all have a good time in Siguniang Mountain

The location was quite great. We choose this one based on on the heating floor and oxygen generator availability however, may be i miss the part where it say that i have to pay to use the oxygen generator, i mean i really didnt read it they mentioned it and if they not i wish they were anyhow the room was clean and all.the plce have a cat, once again didnt read if it not state there i wish it was since we have someone who allergic to cat traveled with us. The heating floor wasn’t consistant as in some part were not heat and some are not heating properly and may be also out fault that we left our luggage lay on the floor, one of my friend skincare tube poped luckily it was in the ziplock bag.the surroundinf area were nice. The room take sometime to warm up.the bathroom is super cold!

Response from Property: Thank you for your review. We have an oxygen concentrator in our room, but it is also marked on the webpage that it is charged for use. The function of this oxygen concentrator is for emergency use. Generally, it is normal to have slight dizziness, chest tightness, nausea and other symptoms on the first night in the plateau. We do not recommend oxygen inhalation, but drink more water and do not take a shower. These symptoms will basically disappear on their own the next day. Second, because there are many guests in Thailand at present, the mountains on the plateau are not like cities. Due to the special geographical location, many facilities cannot be compared with those in cities. Floor heating is a heating pipe that heats the floor, so it takes about 20-30 minutes for the temperature to rise to about 25℃, so please give some time. Each of our guests has the WeChat of the housekeeper. If you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible to communicate and solve them together. There are many places in the mountains where care is not well taken care of. Please forgive us. We are also constantly upgrading facilities and equipment. I hope everyone can have a happy trip in Siguniang Mountain in western China. Thank you again for your understanding.

Pleasant stay. The hotel is located only 5 minutes from Changpinggou and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, best service they could give. They did not make up the room and changed the towels, but it was okay because we stayed only 2 nights.

The hotel is very clean. The toilet is clean and water is powerful. The staff is good service and take care of us. They was good help to contact a car back to Chengdu. I love good breakfast.
