Yaizu Grand Hotel

I felt that the room and the inside of the building were very clean and well-maintained ✨️ The breakfast buffet was luxurious and I was happy 💞 The drinks and snacks in the lounge and sweets at the cafe were also very delicious! It was my first time staying at an all-inclusive hotel, but I regret that I didn't have as much time as I expected and the days were shorter💦, so I would like to stay there again in a different season! All-inclusive hotels are the best! With scenery, food, drinks, activities, and hot springs, there are so many facilities that you won't be able to see all in one day. Above all, the staff's friendliness is wonderful. I will stay again!

Since I had refrained from traveling during the summer due to the coronavirus, I went to Yaizu for the first time in 5 years since July 2018. The beautiful view of the sea from the room, the high-quality dinner for a buffet style, and the smiling faces of the staff were all very impressive, so we decided to go to this hotel in Yaizu for our first family trip since the end of the coronavirus pandemic. I did. We arrived at the hotel early and swam in the pool until 3:00 p.m. when we got into our room, but the only way to access the pool was by a small cable car. Children are very happy with it, and at the same time, it is gentle and a favorite for even a disabled grandpa. However, the last time I visited, the air conditioning inside the cable car was working properly, but it seemed to be malfunctioning and the inside of the cable car was in a steaming bath. (Well, the ride time is only 2-3 minutes, so it's not a problem.) The sea view from the room and the delicious dinner remain the same. Although I arrived in the heat of the day, the parking lot staff welcomed me at the entrance with a smile, and the front desk staff always greeted me with a smile...I was really taken care of by the staff, and I think it's a comfortable resort hotel. . I look forward to working with you again next summer.

The wonderful things are the food, the staff, and the activities. The food is not made with high-end ingredients, but it takes time and effort to make it delicious. Especially pay attention to the pizza steak and the kiln in the back. Also, the sake and local cuisine were good. The staff are attentive, attentive, and well-educated. There are very few hotels that can properly warn customers with bad manners, excellent. The point I want you to do your best is hygiene. Please dispose of slippers these days. The room was clean, but dusty. Do you vacuum every time you check out? When I moved in, the desk and floor were clean, so I was relieved, but every time I moved the futon, I danced. There was one air purifier, but it was not supported. Toilet air conditioning not working. There is a handicap due to the age of the building, but this is the only food, location, and service. I would like to commend the efforts of all the staff. For those in upper management, please do not neglect the hard-to-see “unseen parts” and put your strength into them. If the sanitary conditions are not met, I will not repeat it no matter how wonderful the others are. Sorry for being harsh.

We stayed in one room with 6 people of 3 generations. Mt.Fuji could not be seen from the room, but from the lounge terrace, we could see Mt.Fuji. You can see it from the bath. The food was a so-called buffet in the morning and evening, and the sushi was especially delicious. Also, coffee, beer, and highballs are all-you-can-drink in the lounge, so you can spend some time away from your family. It seems that there are activities, but I didn't use them. During the day, Nihondaira and Miho-no-Matsubara are conveniently close by car. Not suitable for traveling alone!

I didn't think I could enjoy hot springs in Yaizu, but the quality of the hot springs was better than I expected. The sea view from the room was also nice. I chose the buffet for dinner, but unfortunately it's not good enough.
