"首先，預訂的房間不知道什麼壞了，換到了一個沒窗的房間，説給我升級了，我心想湊合住一晚算了，沒窗也無妨，豈料這房間的設計具有嚴重缺陷，衹最求沒用的裝飾，不但沒用實際功能，還給客人帶來了無盡的困擾，就從房間裏的這棵樹説起，其裝飾與整個房間格格不入，也不知道設計師是怎麼想的，樹上的燈與衞生間相連，要開全開，要關全關，本來無窗的房間就非常黑暗，這要關全關，要開全開的燈實在是不知道設計師怎麼想的，嚴重違反功能性至上的設計原則，一味追求花裏胡哨，用户體驗極差。尤其是這種無窗房間怕黑需要一點兒微光才能入睡的客人，造成了極大的困擾，然而並沒有有效的解決方案。希望將此房間重新設計一下，先把這個花裏胡哨沒有任何功能的樹給挪走，建議酒店多采用黃色燈光作為裝飾。而不是綠色和紫色略顯不適。單從設計來説用户體驗較差，服務還可以，早餐比較簡單。湊合住了一晚上，對酒店設計不是很理解"
