Very nice surroundings and interior. Great breakfast, animals like lammas, peacocks, rabbits. A swimming pool for kids with an original design. Personnel speaks English well, responsive and helpful 👍

wonderful hotel, we booked the family suite with 2 rooms. everything is great, and lots to do for the kids. all 5 stars for the price we paid which was only around $2.4k since its Xmas which is now forbidden to be celebrate in China, lol. I reckon the price could have been double or triple during high peak and may not get the same 5 stars considering the cost value. The kids could have just stay in the hotel for days, the only thing is we could enjoy the nice pool with slider when visiting in winter time.

One of the best Mishu or boutique hotel we ever stayed. Hotel added us to WeChat group 2 days prior to arrival and so we were well informed on route, services and facilities of the hotel. Ideal for family with young children as they have a small animal farm, a pool with slides, a sand playground as well as other facilities suitable for young children. Adults have 3 meals to look forward to, breakfast, high tea and supper; with supper being delivered to you. Room is big with a bath tub on the side. The location, although a little bit in, is perfect as it’s neat the ending point of the bamboo river rafts. Service was impressive with the reception doing their best to help especially when they know you are a foreigner. All in, highly recommended.

Children's shampoo and bath products are thoughtfully prepared. The hotel's swimming pool and alpaca garden really attracted my little Ha. What I like most is the afternoon tea time every day 😘 The desserts are very rich and the coffee is also good

Because it is close to the river, it is a bit far from the parking lot, but the hotel has a special shuttle bus, which can be picked up at any time. The service is very good. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to various attractions in the parking lot. After checking in, I found that all the staff of the hotel have a very good attitude. It happened to be the rainy season and I couldn’t go out. I spent all my time in the hotel. The overall layout of the hotel is a round-shaped patio building, so the public area is well lit. Compared with traditional hotels, it is very good for children! The hotel is relatively new, and the design of the public area has a reading area, a slide from the second floor to the first floor, a bobo pool, a grand piano, and alpacas, peacocks, bunnies, sand pools, lawn swings, and many places for children to play outdoors! The facilities in the hotel are enough to entertain children if it doesn't rain or go out. The outdoor swimming pool has deep and shallow pools, and babies of young ages can also play. There are water slides for older babies, and the hotel also provides paddle boards. The breakfast is relatively simple, with freshly cooked rice noodles, porridge, snacks, fruits, milk, and simple afternoon tea in the afternoon. Desserts will be delivered to the room at 6 pm, which is very considerate. It is still hot when you come back from playing outside. The overall experience is very good. The only flaw is that a dead body was found on the first night of stay. The staff came to deal with it immediately and proposed to change the room. Because the child was asleep, the room was not changed. The next morning, the staff came to apologize again, sent a fruit plate, and changed the sheets and quilts in the whole house. Apart from anything else, I am very satisfied with the speed and method of handling. A particularly good thing is that the hotel has free public washing machines and dryers, which is a super blessing for traveling with children! In addition to the children playing, mothers who want to take pictures must not miss the rooftop on the 6th floor! You can take pictures at will!

There are many options for children to play. The hotel is in Shilihualang, which is very convenient to go anywhere. There is a beautiful view when you go out! The attitude of the brother and sister at the front desk is super gentle! When checking out, they also gave the children alpaca pendants🐑

This stay at Mitang was a real surprise. Although it was raining, it stopped during the day. The hotel is very suitable for families. You can stay for a whole day without leaving the hotel. There are many activities for children to play. You can also feed alpacas and rabbits, which are super cute. In the evening, they also prepared mung bean soup, which is very heartwarming and delicious.

The overall service atmosphere of the hotel is good, the staff is very enthusiastic, the environment is clean, the layout is perfect, the indoor hygiene is very clean, the room soundproofing is good, the twin rooms are 1.5-meter beds, very spacious, and very quiet at night, which does not affect sleep. The service is efficient and basically meets all requests. I am very satisfied with my stay.
