Hotels in Wubu Town/Yangshuo Bus Station, Yangshuo

We had a great stay because of the location we didn't trust much about this hotel before we entered, but surprisingly, the room was very clean, the staff was good and helpful. It was a bit noisy not from the street, but from the neighbors, we traveled during the May holiday, which is a very crowded time. In general, it is a good hotel, very close to the West Street and also surrounded by lots of restaurants.

Love this hotel. Everything you need are provided. Very thoughtful. You can buy local tours from them. The prices are much cheaper than Trip.com and Klook. The hotel also arrange transportation to Guilin, High speed train station at a very reasonable price.The services rendered at the travel and tour counters are exemplarary. The receptionist are very helpful. They will try their best to assist you. Everything is perfect. The only one small complain that I have is the housekeeping didn't clean/wipe the mirrors. You can see some kind of mucus stains on the mirror left by previous guest (looks like someone has cough on it). It was left on the mirror for the 4 nights we stayed. Overall it was a good stay and we enjoyed our stay.

I would say “excellent” to describe my experience at this hotel. The staff was very efficient and friendly. I just regret not staying more nights, but I will definitely will be going to back to Yangshuo and booking my next stay at the hotel for sure.

Excellent hotel in an awesome location tucked away 1 minute walk from the busy area of West Street and right next to the river. The family that looks after is amazing, they provided such high level of service with checkin and out just super friendly. The hotel is well maintained, clean with a very cool rooftop. The room and bathroom was really tastefully decorated and beds were comfortable. We are not sure about the reviews from the smelly drain or worries of walking down an alley. It was a cute alley and China is safe when it comes to alleys unlike much of the world.

We adored our stay here! The room was clean, light, well thought-out, and had great heating for the winter. We spent our Christmas weekend here and would come back in a flash! The family who own the homestay are lovely, are were kind enough to drive one of my friends around on a scooter (which you can rent from the homestay) when she was too nervous to drive herself - just really fantastic hosts and clearly lovely people! It was about a 5 minute walk to West Street and about 15/20 minutes to the piers. The homestay is on a quiet side street so there wasn't too much noise. The only challenge was we were on the top (6th) floor and had no lift, but the stairs were a great little warmer after being out in the cold.

Very good, the hotel is new and clean. You can rent electric cars at the front desk. Very good, the service attitude is very good! There is a bathtub, which the kids loved! It is not far from the attractions, very good and worth recommending! There are lots of food nearby! Not bad, not bad!

Must give this hotel a five-star praise! I arrived late that day and put down my luggage and went out in a hurry. Later, I found that the room was not the same as expected. I tried to discuss the room change with the front desk. I didn't expect the young lady to help upgrade the room type for free, and also sent breakfast intimately! The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. The mountain view window of the room is simply a must. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the continuous mountains of Shili Gallery. This feeling is really healing. The location is also very good, very close to West Street, it is especially convenient to rent an electric car. Yangshuo's scenery is beautiful, I will definitely choose to stay here next time!

I chose this hotel after a long search, primarily because I thought it was large and easy to park. I had originally thought that since it wasn't on West Street, it would be less congested. However, that wasn't the case. Yangshuo was a mess in August. The lobby was spacious, the rooms were of average size, and the mountains were right behind us, making for a beautiful sunset. There's an outdoor pool, and the water quality was average. The breakfast selection was decent, though the taste was average. The staff were generally friendly, but the overall service could be improved. First, the communication between the front desk and the housekeeping staff could be improved. We booked a two-night stay, but the housekeeping staff didn't come to clean the room until the afternoon of the second day. After repeated reminders, we discovered that the front desk hadn't informed the housekeeping staff that we were booking two consecutive nights. They assumed we were checking out that same day, so they didn't come to clean. Second, the service attitude of some of the West Street shuttle drivers could be improved. Third, after checking in, we found several cigarette butts on our room balcony, which hadn't been cleaned.

Convenient location by the river and a short walking distance to West street and restaurants but without all the noise. Friendly staff who helped us book tours, open air show, spent the time explaining the main sights on the map and even gave one of us a ride on her scooter. Rooms were big and beds were comfortabe. Please do note that the bathroom for the 2 bedrooms with kitchen is not western style. Overall we all (6 adults) enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

This is the most wonderful place we have ever stayed at. After all, it is the people who make the place beautiful, and the people here are the most wonderful. The owner of the hotel is simply incredible! She is so kind, she helped us with absolutely everything. She advised us the best routes (it is very convenient that the hotel rents scooters), suggested where to eat delicious food, introduced us to her wonderful cats and Dodo! It was as if I had come to visit my relatives. The owner speaks english fluent. The hotel has a great location, away from the noisy streets, but at the same time close to everything. Well, the room is just delight. The view from the window, as if I was in the cartoon Avatar The Legend of Aang. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Downstairs there were always delicious and healthy snacks, boiling water, tea, fruits. I am a mother of cats too, so it was very joyful to see the cats every time I went down and play with them. The hotel, like its owners, has its own unique atmosphere, thanks to which you feel that the holiday was wonderful! We will definitely come back, we already miss this place. P.S.: and the owner of the hotel is a very talented artist, her paintings inspired me to return to creativity again. If we come to Yangshuo again, then only to this place. To be honest I think we will come to Yangshuo again precisely because of this place. Thank you very much for the best holiday😻
