AArnold FaamOne of the best customer service from the front desk that I have experienced in a long time. 石妍艳 (I think her name is Arial) upgraded my Tatami room to a large king size room and she personally lead us to the room. She added me to her Wechat and forwarded some food guides in Yangzhou. The room is clean. Location is excellent if you want to visit the Dongguan Old Street and the many restaurants within walking distant. She offered to deliver some desserts to our room int he evening. Upon checking out, there was a gift waiting for us. It was a box of the famous candy from Yangzhou. Thanks to 石妍艳 and her colleague for their nice hospitality and gestures.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel based on my own hotel experience. The hotel is very good, with plenty of seats in the lobby and a very thoughtful layout. I especially like the bookshelves used as partition screens in the lobby. The hotel is located in the pedestrian street of Zhongji's own business center, which is very convenient to enter and exit. It takes 5 to 15 minutes to walk to Yiyuan, the south gate of Slender West Lake, Vientiane (a large commercial center), and 7-11. There is also a restaurant 20 meters away from the hotel entrance that is open until 5 am. The room is of a suitable size. The entrance is the porch, and the main body of the room is a right-angle turn. The privacy protection is very good (the right side of Figure 1 is the corridor connecting the porch to the room). The breakfast variety is rich enough, and the quality of the dishes is also good. Adults eat comfortably and children eat at ease. Originally, we were going to pay for breakfast for the children separately (58 yuan for adult breakfast, 29 yuan for children under 12 years old at half price). When we registered the bill with the room number at the entrance of the restaurant, a children's breakfast was given on the spot. Manager Cai of the restaurant is very enthusiastic, cheerful, and friendly. What needs to be reminded is that the room's hygienic corners (for example, screen windows and wardrobe hanging rods) should be dusted regularly.

Here, I want to record this unforgettable time with the most sincere strokes, and turn gratitude into words to this place hidden in the bustling tranquility.

The hotel is located on the banks of the ancient canal. You can see the water color of the canal by pushing the window. The morning and evening light and shadow are intertwined, like a flowing ink painting. The 180-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows of the river view room allow the soft waves of the canal to caress the windows, make a pot of tea and sit in front of the window, watch the boat pass by, and can't tell whether it is the middle scene or the person in front of you. More gratifying is that it is only ten minutes walk to Pishi Street and Dongguan Street. The bluestone road is intertwined with fireworks. The elegant garden of Heyuan is also within easy reach. The design of the hotel is full of ingenuity: smart curtains and Kohler bathroom show low-key luxury, and the cute rabbit at the door has become a paradise for children to linger. The Slender West Lake tour is tired and returned, and the pedicure service downstairs is even more amazing. GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.
