Room comfortable. " Owner " arrogant. Did kindly grant me an expensive room and let me wait in reception until I could collect my car which was having a clutch repair. Got the impression she did not like English speakers. Busy showing off her German. I speak better German than her probably and my French int so bad either. Still got my car.

We stayed only for a single night and were very happy with this hotel. It met our needs well and was situated in a good area - to note, though this is in the town of Biscarrosse, not at the Plage.

A fellow guest couldn't get a taxi so the hotel patron took them to the airport ! Incredible service !

Bon Séjour avant Noël 2023 ! Salon très agréable, Ambiance Familiale, Chambre ayant l'Essentiel, bien Chauffée ! à Côté, Place Marsan, le Marché de Noël est à Deux Pas ! Formidable ! Hôtel au Coeur de Biscarrosse Bourg, et son Parking Gratuit !

Nous avons choisis cet hôtel pour faire un arrêt d’une nuit à Biscarrosse. Nous avions eu quelques soucis le jour j , ce qui nous a fait arrivé complètement en retard. Nous avons eu une personne au téléphone qui a été très compréhensible et très agréable , qui nous a donner toutes les recommandations pour arriver sereinement. Hôtel propre , chambre spacieuse avec baignoire. Literie très confortable. Je recommande !

Chambre simple mais suffisamment bien équipée pour faire une étape. SdB avec toilettes séparées, petit nécessaire de douche, ascenseur, TV, guide de visites avoisinantes. Parking gratuit au pied de l'entrée. (Petit déjeuner non testé). Contrairement à d'autres avis nous avons constaté que l'insonorisation était à améliorer notamment à cause du jour sous la porte et des autres portes du couloir que des hôtes laissent claquer au petit matin. Stratégiquement bien situé pour visiter la région. Bref, à retenir pour 1 ou 2 nuits car le prix reste un peu élevé par rapport à d'autres hôtels testés sur la côte.

Avins trouvé le matelas dur, manquait dans la salle de bain un meuble sous lavabo et étagère au dessus du lavabo pour désencombrer le rebord du lavabo et donc faciliter le nettoyage de celui-ci.
