Our favourite place, we came back for the 4th time. Tha food is beautiful and plentiful. The animation team well what can I say,they work so hard,they are an absolute amazing team. friendly,talented singers and dancers who put on fantastic shows for the young and old

Very good Value for money in January The food was amongst best we have had from an AI. We only ate out only once and put a stone on in our 3 week January stay. The restaurant had an almost cantina feel to it but was fine with us. We had little engagement with the two fella's in suits manning the door of the canteen. They did however seem to have more time for repeat guests as other reviewers have pointed out. [Edit] one of them asked us if we had enjoyed the meal on our last visit to the canteen. The Bar was relaxed and had entertainers frequently around past our bed time of 21:00. The odd occasion we stayed up we found it to be very good. The bar staff were very good with special shout out to Thomas who is a professional bar tender. Constantly scanning the lounge to see who’s glasses were empty and conducting the waitresses like he was conducting an orchestra. Always anticipating the customer’s requirements. Also a big shout out to the two Nepalese girls who were equally engaged with the clientele. Olympia was pleasantly engaged too with the guests, often getting ourselves and the couple who had befriended us to make fools of ourselves. It was great fun dancing though despite the dirty looks from some of the more reserved or perhaps boring guests. The entertainment team at the time of our visit were very professional, Lead by Siddy who treats her staff like family. Always reading the guests requirements and is ambassador for the Louis organisation. One of the team, ‘Ryan’ stood out from the team. He took the time out to remember the guests names and was sociable in what seemed in a quite genuine grounded way. Multi talented as were all the team. We had lots of banter with this young lad and the wife wanted us to take him home and be his Mum and Dad. The chap made ours and everybody’s holiday special. The shows in the evening were very good and almost cruise liner material, choreography and lines well rehe****d. Our room was at the very end of the hotel. Our fitbits clocked up over a thousand steps on a return walk from room to restaurant. This suited us fine. A quiet room with high floor is exactly what we asked for. I have to be brutality honest with the accommodation. The room looked like it did on the hotel’s photo’s but are slightly more tired. All the above said. We had a great 3 week holiday £1000 less than a self catering in Lanzarote only the Louis Phaethon was ALL INCLUSIVE. I must have drank the Hotel’s stock of Ouzo in my stay. I would recommend this place for older couples on a budget who like a bit of winter sun. Fuddy duddies and the hinge and brackets of the world might like it too if they were to just cheer up and remember they are on holiday.

First time going and i Had an amazing week already looking at going back the hotel is very clean,the staff are so friendly can't do enough for you, food there is so much to choose from different menus for each day always had entertainment on of a evening we had a boat trip for 61 euros I highly recommend doing this also even though so much at hotel you don't need to amazing week just went by so quick we went for my brothers / sister inlaws wedding perfect choice 😀

Paphos airport was efficient, no queues even at passport control. Ten minutes drive to the hotel but aircraft noise was not a problem. Check in was easy. A waiter came to offer drinks while we were completing the form. Our room overlooked one of the pools with views out to sea. It was newly renovated and offered plenty of space for luggage and storing or hanging clothes. The bathroom was a little tired. The bed was a comfortable double unlike most hotels we have stayed in recently which have two singles pushed together. Housekeeping was excellent. The staff were a credit to the hotel. The pools were a good size, the area around them and the gardens were very attractive. The sun loungers were comfortable and there was plenty of room to move them when required. This was a little out of season. The flumes were not in operation and the pool bar did not offer food, which was varied and good, until the latter part of our stay. The buffet offered a surprisingly wide range of very good quality meals. There was never a problem with seating. We cannot speak for the evening entertainment. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. The number 611 bus will take you to the centre of Paphos in 10 minutes for 2 euros. Check in for the return flight was fine as TUI had about 8 manned desks. We rarely consider a return visit to a holiday hotel but are planning to book again after Easter next year. Expectations were high after reading reviews but they were exceeded by our experiences.

Stayed at Phaethon Beach for 4 weeks. This hotel is very well managed, friendly, clean and I enjoyed my time here. Food - one of the best I have come across. Drink - wine ok, not branded spirits but fine. Room - perfectly adequate, clean. Staff - amazing Entertainment - these people work so hard. Talented singers and believe me they can dance!! They have time for everyone. I didn't want to leave after a month and hope to return sometime! The coastal walk into Paphos is beautiful. Thank you everyone!

The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Outside areas are clean. Reception open 24 hours and staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Restaurant is clean and have a good variety of food, all well presented. Food is available all day. Bar area has waiters ready to take your orders.

Lovely hotel the food was the nicest I have had in any all inclusive. The staff are all very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The pool area and sun beds are all kept immaculate. The dining area and the bars are all modern but the bedrooms need an upgrade. We will definitely be back we had a brilliant time

Wow how do you do it! , I first visited this hotel in 1997 with my young family and have returned many many times since. This year with the next generation of our family and everything remains to the same standard as all those years ago OUTSTANDING. We could not fault anything, Ok the corridors could do with a smartening up but that said you only walk down them they are clean after all. Everything else about the hotel, staff , food and amenities come under one umbrella and that is EXCELLENT. Nothing is of any bother to any one. The Hotel is a good walk away from the Harbour but for those unable to walk the local bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. If I was to moan about anything it would of been the evening entertainment in my opinion quite tacky and repetitive in its shows dance and sing. Over the past years this has been of the outstanding nature the rest of the hotel offers, but just an opinion. The day time entertainment was plentiful for both the kids club and the Adults, that said if you didn't want to be involved there are plenty of areas to sit away from it all. We will be back and are already looking at booking for next year.

We returned this week from Louis Phaethon in the lovely sunny Cyprus. We really did have a great time here and didn’t want to leave. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and upon arriving at this hotel we were greeted with a drink whilst we checked in. The hotel grounds, reception area and restaurant were lovely and very clean. The corridors and the rooms are dated compared to the rest of the hotel but it didn’t affect our stay. The rooms are small for a family of 4 and I would say the smallest we have stayed in, however we were hardly in our room so it’s not a massive deal. The restaurant offered lots of choice and they did themed nights which were good. Some food can get a bit samey but that’s all inclusive - good selection of cocktails on all inclusive and the local beer ‘keo’ was nice. Pools were great and there are 2 outdoor pools along with a children’s pool and water slides (these aren’t open until May) there is also an indoor pool. You can get pool towels from by the indoor pool to save on taking your own. The entertainment team are great and are also smiling and friendly. They try their hardest to entertain all the guests and do a good job. Kids club by the park was a hit also and they often had craft activities. The hotels location was good and very close to the water park which is a great day out! The view overlooking the sea was lovely and it was nice watching the planes coming in and taking off. This hotel was about 20mins transfer from the airport. We used taxi’s to get to the harbour which cost 10 euros one way - there are some lovely bars and restaurants down there although I imagine in peak season it would get quite busy. We really did have a great week and I would recommend this hotel to families as there is lots to keep everyone entertained. We would definitely like to return to paphos one day.
