I love everything at this hotel. It’s my first time staying here at Hyatt regency Yokohama and I love the room the breakfast and had a course dinner at the first floor. It was perfect.

一家十分舒適温馨的酒店，中午11:30左右到就可辦理入住，手續簡單，令人安心，酒店就在橫濱市港口區域，停靠的郵輪和不同的輪船展現出一道美妙的風景線。酒店的工作人員都文明禮貌，熱情友好地幫助客人的需求。早餐特別豐富，有很多的選擇，餐食做的精緻可口。總而言之給這家酒店滿滿的好評！

首先房間非常乾淨！每天衞生都很細緻！前台服務人員熱情耐心！設施非常新！維護得很好。
其次！酒店地理位置非常好！就在山下公園中華街幾分鐘路程！還有冰川丸在附近。距離橫濱站紅倉也很近。
附近購物很方便！樓下就是七十一和羅森！往中華街走點有一家超市！距離橫濱站商業中心很近！採購也方便。

酒店位置很好，從羽田機場坐京急大巴到“桟橋入口”站，步行3分鐘至酒店。酒店步行範圍內可以到山下公園、紅磚倉庫、中華美食街。酒店出門右轉有公交巴士站，去三溪園、橫濱站也很方便。酒店早餐也不錯。

酒店的位置相對會偏一點，但很安靜，不擁擠，很舒服。關鍵周邊都是便利店，吃東西方便，距離地鐵站也非常近，來回東京、橫濱站等地快捷高效。加上酒店緊靠山下公園，下次再來，還會選擇這裏。

房間很寬敞 很乾凈 在日本難得不擁擠的酒店 住了兩晚還給我們通房 住起來就很舒服 ，樓下兩家便利店 地鐵口大概500米 日本大通站4號口出來 直走就到 推箱子也方便 ，地鐵口的咖啡店很舒服 步行走去港口也很近 步行還能去杯麪博物館

非常大的房間，兩晚住🉐很舒服，是日本整個行程裏面最好的酒店，可惜沒有泳池，小孩子太失望了，凱悦酒店就這個沒有泳池太奇怪了
