If you're looking for a clean and comfortable hotel in Shin Yokohama, where a good night's sleep is a priority, this hotel could be a good option, even if it doesn't offer the most spacious rooms.

The rooms are quite spacious. You can request daily housekeeping or decline it, and fresh towels are always provided even if you skip the full cleaning. On the second floor, hot and cold water dispensers are available, and the washing machines are equipped with silver ion sterilization for enhanced hygiene. The hotel boasts an excellent location with Matsuya and Sukiya restaurants nearby, an Aeon Supermarket, several convenience stores, and a drugstore. The breakfast offered by the hotel was also very good, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. It's perfect for a multi-day stay, and Shin-Yokohama Station is just a five-minute walk away.

It was close to the station, the room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, and I was able to relax in the large bed.

Overall, it was acceptable. However, the room corners weren't thoroughly cleaned, and the bathtub was clogged. After reporting it to the front desk, they promptly arranged for someone to fix it.

I used it for an event at Yokohama Arena, and it was close to the venue so it was really easy to use. However, the only problem I have is the air conditioning. When I used it, I wanted to use the air conditioning so I turned it on, but only hot air came out, not cold air, so I decided to open the window for the time being, but I try to avoid opening the window if possible, so it would be great if the air conditioning could blow cold air. Other than that I think it was really good.

There is an ice cube machine, which is great! But there are only 2 washing machines downstairs, I hope there can be two more. The staff at the counter are very, very friendly. Lawson is next door, which is very convenient. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station, which is also very convenient. There are elevators along the way, so you don't need to carry your luggage yourself. There is also free breakfast in the morning, which is delicious and highly recommended! Will definitely come back and stay again.

Being stranded in Yokohama due to a typhoon, I happened to meet Utada Hikaru holding a concert at Yokohama Arena. The room prices were very high, so I had no choice but to book a double bed room. It was very crowded for two people to sleep in. I had to queue for a long time when I checked in. I don’t know if it was because I was Chinese. I was given the first room, and I didn't sleep well all night. I woke up in all sorts of strange ways. Sleeping so hard that my back hurts. Facilities: No charging socket near the bed. Environment: It is really close to jr Shin-Yokohama. Donnor is available downstairs without going out. It is indeed a good choice in heavy rain and typhoon days. Service: warm.

For a budget-friendly hotel in Yokohama, this place offers outstanding value!
