The location is very good, just near the entrance of Lishui Street, opposite the parking lot, and there is a cafe where you can watch the mountains, clouds and rain. The room is on the first floor, not very ventilated, and has a bit of a damp smell. It's a bit noisy to eat near the kitchen. The toilet in the room is a trendy three-part system. 離麗水古街主入口最近的民宿，設施很新環境很好，服務也很客氣。300不到的定價不含早也算合理，旁邊有收費和免費停車場，去之前問清楚。111房空調進風口裡麪的水管應該沒有做靜音處理，衹要樓上用水，聲音很大，半夜會被吵醒，房門和窗户隔音都做的很好，這塊短板儘快彌補。客人睡不好覺其它做的再好也是零。入住客人免費送咖啡，成本不高，拉拉餐廳人氣。

雖處巖頭鎮，但在喧鬧的生活區邊緣，距麗水街很近，環境鬧中取靜。新裝修民俗小院，佈局、裝飾中西合璧，房間乾淨整潔，特別是多人間用的架子床，初看覺得侷促，但床的舒適度還不錯。
