Jinchen Hotel

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was thoughtful and meticulous. Everything was perfect except for the shower water spilling out of the shower stall. The hotel staff (a young man) kindly reminded me about the cable car in the morning, which I really appreciate.

The hotel is a bit far from the scenic area. The front desk staff were friendly and readily provided two extra bottles of water when I asked. The bedding was suitable for the elderly, but the bathroom drain lacked odor control, resulting in a persistent unpleasant smell in the room. There was also a toothbrush left on the shower floor, making me suspect it hadn't been cleaned properly.

It's really close to the scenic area. We checked in close to midnight, and the front desk had called ahead to inquire. The twin room has a balcony, but the hotel seems quite old; the chargers would automatically shut off, and the bathroom facilities were a little lacking. If you're not too picky, it's tolerable. Also, there were no charging ports by the bed.

It's very quiet, and the balcony is a plus. It's a 15-minute walk to Jinsha, and there are two slow-charging charging stations nearby, which is nice. Breakfast is provided, which is good. Suitable for...

Terrible! The room smelled musty! My family couldn't sleep all night, and their throats were sore! The front desk staff brazenly said: "It's normal for hotels in the mountains to have a musty smell. The fourth floor we gave you was already very good; the lower floors smell even worse!" The old facilities are one thing, but the maintenance is inadequate, and they act like it's their right. A terrible review!!! They're a disgrace to Sanqingshan!

Compared to other guesthouses in the area, the hotel's exterior is grand and imposing, and its location is relatively close to the Jinsha Cableway station at Sanqingshan. However, only the exterior is worth praising; the interior is incredibly old and outdated. The rooms, dimly lit, exude a damp and worn-out atmosphere, and the receptionist seemed to be carrying the grievances of a working person during the National Day holiday…

It's quite far from the cable car station, the environment is terrible, the room hygiene is extremely poor, the bathroom smells awful, there are bedbugs crawling on the floor, the sliding door to the balcony is too noisy, the kettle is very dirty, there's no hot water for the shower, and there aren't even boiled eggs for breakfast, the porridge is cold. The worst accommodation experience of my life.

The location is close to the cable car; although the facilities are a bit old, it doesn't affect usability.
