The hotel I chose by chance on my way home during the Spring Festival is composed of a group of villas in the mountains, which is very unique. Facilities: The hotel opened in 2021. Generally speaking, the facilities are relatively new. Floor heating, air conditioning, smart toilets are all available, and the quality of mattresses and quilt covers are very good! The parent-child room is very warmly decorated, and the children especially like it. The only drawback is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy and the toilet is a bit smelly. Hygiene: Very clean! The cleaning is very meticulous, thumbs up! Environment: Surrounded by mountains, a paradise! Fresh air! Service: The most praiseworthy thing is the service. The duty manager and front desk, restaurant manager and staff, and the battery car guy are all very warm and considerate! It’s really the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in recently! This is my first time staying at the Radisson. The service is definitely better than other international brand hotels. The excellent hotel service team makes up for the lack of facilities. The restaurant manager also gave us homemade chili, which was very touching!

1. After arriving at the hotel, the reception method was not informed, and the parking lot was unattended. 2. After arriving in the room, no one told me how to turn on the lights, and I couldn't find the main switch. 3. The child's bed is unclean, with hair and unknown particles on it. The bath towels delivered had blood stains, which obviously did not meet the hotel's service standards. 4. Since it is not convenient to communicate in the mountains, you should ask the guests clearly about their actual needs when checking in, and put the room service process in advance to avoid unnecessary trouble. Too much waiting time wasted! 5. The housekeeper should ask the guests about their specific needs before checking in and make preparations for supporting services in advance. 6. When booking, I saw that the hotel had floor heating facilities, but I didn't actually find it. I don't know if it is really there. I just didn't tell you how to use it. I thought that the service standard of the best hotel in Sanqingshan should be higher, but to be honest this time I was a bit disappointed... I didn't go to the scenic spots, and it was really not suitable to go there when it rained in winter! Breakfast: relatively ordinary, not suitable for this room rate.

The hotel environment is very good. Almost all the facilities in the room are fully automatic and very convenient to use. Breakfast is delivered to the room and is a bit large. It's a bit far to come here, otherwise I would want to come again in the summer!

The room design is very beautiful, the view is very spacious, the equipment is very complete, the staff's service is also very enthusiastic, dining is also very convenient, and the leisure vacation is very relaxing.

This hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in recently. I rarely change my itinerary. I originally wanted to stay in Sanqingshan for one day, but I stayed again and again because of the environment and service. I stayed there for three nights and still didn’t get enough of it. The breakfast was rich. The taste is also good. Yulian Waterfall is really worth visiting. It can be said that it is a group of waterfalls. It is beautiful and relatively original.

The rooms are very innovative. Each room is an independent small house on the mountain. The bed can be raised and lowered so that you can sleep at night. When raised during the day, there is a sofa and coffee table. The room layout is very warm and romantic. There are capsule coffee machines, tea sets, and free coffee. Tea, coke, beer, Red Bull, fruit, speakers, intelligent system devices, full of technology. The hotel is located on Sanqing Mountain. The environment is very beautiful, the waiters are very attentive, and there is a hotel car to pick up and drop off at any time. It is a great experience , the hotel’s catering is also very good👍 It is our favorite hotel for this family trip

When driving up the mountain, the car needs to be parked in the parking lot (the tram charging pile only has slow charging). The hotel shuttle bus will take you to the front desk, room, restaurant and Yulian Waterfall (the north gate of the scenic spot is within the hotel). The service staff are enthusiastic and professional. The response time is very fast. The room is clean and sanitary, with complete and smart facilities. The floor-to-ceiling windows are great for viewing the mountain views. The restaurant's warm winter set menu tastes very good and is very cost-effective. The hotel is very close to Sanqingshan Jinsha Cableway and the location is very good.
