我是一名來玉溪考試的大學生，於6月18日晚7點在微信網上訂了玉溪九星賓館的客房，到了賓館入住之後，房東説訂單有問題，讓我下樓核實訂單，事後才發現，客房已滿，但是由於他們的失誤多接了一單，對於這個事情，賓館一方並未給出滿意的解決方法，而是要求我住賓館老闆娘兒子的房間，老闆娘帶我去看了一下房間，房間裏雜亂不堪堆放着衣服鞋子已經其它物品，床上一片狼藉，老闆娘説衹要我願意住，房間她馬上就可以打掃乾淨，並且換上嶄新的床單被套，我不願意住。明明是他們自己的失誤，憑什麼我來承擔，價格太貴啦，普通的賓館收費273，對此，我誠心奉勸大家，一定要
