Yuyao Hotel

After checking in in the afternoon, I found that the water output from the shower in the room was small, and the water temperature fluctuated. I discussed with the switchboard whether the nozzle was blocked. After the master inspected the shower in the room in the afternoon, the water volume was still the same and the water was hot and cold. Wen, contact the switchboard to see if we can change a room. The switchboard said that our room is fully booked and we can’t change it. Then there is no service remedy for this problem. The first time I booked was the earliest five-star hotel in Yuyao, because it was blocked. The government requisitioned it as a quarantine hotel, so I had to choose the Yuyao Hotel, which is also a five-star hotel. Unexpectedly, the experience exceeded my expectations. It is better to choose the four-character express hotel next door.

前台辦入住時候，前台小朱服務熱情，比較有耐心…住房後由於自己沒帶充電器，打電話過去，也很快送過來了，服務整體還是可以的。環境這塊還算不錯，周邊離陽明故居也近

早餐廳人挺多的，吃到了餘姚特色的樑弄大糕，挺不錯的。服務員也很熱情，房間不是特別大，但是設施齊全，乾淨衞生。地段應該算得上中心地段了，還是可以的。

入住整體體驗非常好👍，和之前入住感覺一樣，前台服務很熱情，樓層服務員也很積極，早餐基本上中西都有，大堂很通透，整體體驗很好

春節之後錯峯出行選擇了老牌星級酒店，交通便利離景區車站都很近👍🏻，帶孩子去王陽明故居研學回來了還在酒店午逅空中花園逛了逛。據説酒店的自助晚餐也很不錯，下次有機會一定再來嘗一下❤️❤️

過年期間入住，這個酒店非常不推薦入住，設施老舊，房間都是煙味，空調不制熱，最主要早餐廳女經理挺好橫的，告知孩子病了，不能來就餐，我們房間含早餐，打算給孩子帶點餐回去，餐廳服務生説可以，女經理説不可以，還當著我們的麪狠狠批評了那個服務生，你們餐廳就差孩子一口飯嗎？而且我們訂房間也是含了餐的，以後絕對不會再住。

春節，挑了個人少的地方，選了當地的五星酒店，帶着家人遊玩二天。先説餐廳，我們定了二天的酒店晚餐，非常滿意，菜味、菜量都非常好。早餐，各種品種都有，很豐富，還有提拉米蘇蛋糕等，衹是一點遺憾，二天都發現，橘子盆裏很多橘子是爛的。再説服務，遇到的工作人員，包括保潔，態度都很和藹，應答也及時，長者房間需要加被子加水，很快就送到了。小遺憾，車停酒店內，早上竟然發現車上都是炮仗的殘留物，查了監控，竟然是酒店裡的KTV老闆在車邊上放高升，這個有點匪夷所思，五星酒店的停車區域，安全性要有保障的，所幸酒店負責安保的金先生，積極認真的處理好了後續事宜。
