Meriton Suites Zetland Reviews

Travelled as a family of 4 adults and 1 toddler. The suite was spacious, clean and comes with 2 bathrooms which was very convenient for our stay. A short walk to East Village where you will have access to F&Bs, supermarkets. Highly recommended if u are travelling in Sydney. We had a car and we could also use their private carpark at a fee.

The apartment is very large with a living room, a full-equipped kitchen, dish washing machine, dryer and washing machine. It is close to a shopping mall. However, the dish washing machine is too old and it is hardly to see the printing on the button. And the air conditioner of one bedroom is not working.

Great location and friendly staff

Booked 10 nights for a business trip. Suite is huge and equipped with sufficient amenities for long stays (e.g., kitchen, gym). However, service can be improved. My room phone didn’t work since the first day. Reception came up and said it has to be fixed by the service provider. When asked when it’ll be fixed, the staff said he’s unsure as he has to wait for the service provider to update him. One day, my duvet sheets came off and made me noticed that the duvet was stained. I was grossed out by it so requested for a change, twice. They mentioned that housekeeping missed my request the first time, but after the second notification, they apparently still missed it. Till the last day, the duvet was still unchanged. Hairdryer was really old which emitted a strange whirring motor sound when I used it, but it was still usable. On the second last night, smoke started emitting from the hairdryer. This, the staff manage to rectify the next day…. Overall stay was ok, but service could really be improved.

House keeping was not good.  We requested to clean the room but ended up only replacing towels. Didn't even tidy up bed or vacuum the floor.  It was disappointing.   Check in service was good.  But there was one staff who was not very friendly on the last day when we checked out.

Good location, multiple bus routes to down town, beaches and Circular Quay etc. Just few mins bus ride to UNSW

The location is very good .It just takes 3 minutes to walk to the coles. It is very convenient to shop Asian goods and food because there is an Asian supermarket. The facilities are also good for cooking in the room. Hope next trip in meriton hotel.

stayed for two weeks and it was really great besides the fact that deep clean should be done for the dishwasher since it's not cleaning properly. Will definitely return

Good service. My parents forgot to bring the card key the staff help my parents to solve the problem.

Good location. Supermarket and restaurants within 5mins walk very convenient. Hotel provide microwave and oven, washer and dryer. No problem for laundry. I would recommend to all who are going to Sydney.

Awesome place to stay, very cozy and got everything we need.

Really good stay at the Meriton Suites Zetland. Only con is the location. Really far from the main attractions and about a 10-15 min walk to the bus. No nearby train stations. The hotel itself however, is beautiful. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Beautiful facilities. Lovely sunset from the balcony and bedroom.

Nice and clean hotel. Room is big, with washing and drying machine. Nice and helpful staff. Have a big supermarket just 2 mins walking from hotel.
