In the tone of log color, details such as smart toilets and leisure chairs quietly enhance the experience. The professionalism of the service team is impressive: when I checked in, the lady brought me a cup of hot tea and a hot towel, which made me feel that I was in the right place instantly. It was kind and reasonable. The room came with a fruit plate, and the warm sweet soup of the night bed service added warmth. However, the breakfast period was a little short of staff, the buffet dinner was closed early, and it was closed at 20:00? When checking out, the front desk also gave me snacks, saying it was a souvenir. Crazy recommendation.

A good hotel for a business trip to Zhangjigang. The breakfast has a good standard. Fresh fruits, Chinese noodles, eggs to customers choice and many more is offered. A small gym let you train a bit (could be bigger!). The restaurant is opened till 10:30pm and provides some tasty snacks when the work day lasts a bit longer and the nearby restaurants in the shopping mall are already closed. The Starbucks in the mall opens at 06:30 and is just a 7 minutes walk away.

The room was clean and tidy, and there were small decorations on the bed that matched the season, which made people feel the attentiveness of the hotel staff. There are also many restaurants open until night in the surrounding area, so you don’t have to worry about having nothing to eat if you arrive late.

This is my third time staying at Jiyang Lake Hotel. I have stayed in so many hotels, and this hotel's service is definitely among the best! In particular, Miss Zu Lexuan recommended interesting places around and gave me a small gift before leaving! The hotel breakfast is very rich, and Xu Xiahong's service is warm and thoughtful! During the stay, if there is any need, the staff can meet it in the first time. Next time I come to Zhangjiagang, I will still choose Jiyang Lake Hotel!
