Very good experience with this hotel ! Very clean and cosy and right next to the entrance for the park.

Very good service, when arrived, serve tea while waiting for check in. My flight delayed, I am requesting to extend the check out time to 2pm. And allow us to leave the luggage’s there even send us to airport at 9pm.

Perfect location, 10min walk to zhangjiajie entrance, beautiful & cosy rooms, good hearing in winter, good Chinese breakfast, we would definitely go here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. A fantastic 5d4n in SXSJ hotel! Hospitable staff who helped planned and suggested routes to make the most of our time in Zhangjiajie. The hotel is situated along a food street with many choices of delicious Tu ethnic group delicacies. Room was clean and hot water (drinking/shower) available. Highly recommended!

Our stay was comfortable and convenient to the park location along with the restaurants and massage shops. Our room is clean and we stayed there for 4 days. Highly recommended.

This hotel has the perfect location and was staffed by friendly and helpful people! The room and bed were very comfortable and especially after a day of hiking stairs in the park, I really appreciated its elevator. Some rooms are windowless and breakfast was tasty but very crowded.

Amazing value for money!! The room was huge- comfy bed, bath and shower! The location is unbeatable- literally a 5 min walk from Wuliingyuan gate. The breakfast was pretty good and there are plenty of great restaurants to eat near the hotel. Will definitely tell all our friends to stay here

Out of 5 check-ins, I rate this hotel 6. Not every 5* can match the service of this hotel. Lovely girls at the reception who help with tickets, taxis and small problems. Great housekeepers. Breakfast that is suitable even for a European-oriented person. More details: Elevator! Pleasant smell at the reception and very beautiful decoration. Beds with fairly firm mattresses, ideal thick linen (a full change every day - maybe less often). After the change of guests, the blankets (namely blankets, not duvet covers) are changed to clean ones - what else could speak better about cleanliness? There are a lot of storage spaces - bedside tables, hangers, shelves, tables. There is a drying cabinet. Sockets of all types in 6 or 7 places. Blackout curtains. Window with insect screen (and fumigator). Excellent sound insulation! Very quiet and efficient air conditioner that does not blow on the bed. Slippers, scales, mini refrigerator, powerful hair dryer, kettle. Variable lighting. Bathroom with separation of wet and dry areas. The water in the shower remains at the set temperature. Great pressure. Lots of storage surfaces. Breakfast: I'll attach a photo. I would like to note separately - dishes and cutlery are in closed cabinets! If the Chinese version of breakfast does not appeal, toast with a fried egg, vegetables, toast with jam and butter, coffee is a very good option.

A hotel with a special charm, I chose it to spend my birthday and the truth is that I couldn't have made a better choice. It is very close to the entrance to the park (it is approximately a 3-minute walk) and they help you set up the route completely free of charge, which was very useful for us. The facilities and the room are extremely clean and very cozy. We liked the breakfast very much. The truth is that everything has been perfect, I will recommend it for my friends and family to go and I hope to be able to return soon. It has been a pleasure to celebrate the birthday at this hotel.

There is an elevator, the room is large and clean, with a big window. The washroom is separated from the room, and it feels like a one-bedroom apartment. The toilet is smart and looks very high-end. The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic and taught me how to arrange the tour route better, which made my entire trip very smooth. I had more time to visit attractions that were not in the itinerary. Especially after knowing that my itinerary had a lot of back and forth routes, they discussed with me and refunded the room for me, which saved me money and time, and made the itinerary arrangement for the next day smoother. The room is very comfortable, there are fruits when staying in the hotel, the food in the restaurant next door is also delicious, and the dishes are served quickly. The family is very satisfied with the trip. After leaving the hotel, the ID card was left nearby, and the front desk lady helped to find it and mail it. The service is very good.
