Location to Avatar is very near, there are few convenient store and food stall nearby and walking distance. The view outside hotel is very calm and fascinating facing the greenery Hill. The hotel owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Despite we late check in at the middle of the night, the staff still welcome us and help us to carry our luggage. It's very pleasant stay here. Great location, very spacious and clean room. The owner is very nice and supportive. He sat with us over tea and helped to create 2 days route in Zhangjiajje National Forest Park. We had a great time in this place and can only recommend.

had great time at the guesthouse. the host is super friendly and he helped us multiple times booking tickets to the Tianmen mountain / getting a car when public transportation wasn’t accessible because of the rain, and he even drove us once to the station. highly recommended.. great stay.

Zhuiyi Guesthouse was amazing, I cannot recommend it more! The owners of the guesthouse are super sweet and made an itinerary for me based on my available time while having a warm cup of tea with me. They also drove to the entrance of the National park forest/ bus stop/ offered to help order a taxi etc. Service was superb! Rooms was very spacious, clean, nicely decorated and shower was also great. In short, I would definitely stay here again.

Unbelievable airbnb for its price. The owner drops us off at the park entrance every morning and provides insider info aboit the park depending on what you're looking for. I would highly recommend booking park tickets through the owners as they have a discounted price. Room itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Overall, amazing place and would come again!

Super nice and helpful hosts! They take the time to sit with you over tea and help you plan a route for the national park. They even dropped me off at the entrance gates twice. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The hosts go above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay. In addition to a wonderful room, they helped me plan my itinerary, and were kind enough to give me a ride to the park entrance and bus station. They were extremely hospitable, kind, and generous. If you’re looking for a place to stay in ZhuangJiaJie, then this is the spot to be.

I can only recommend this homestay and could repeat what all the other reviewers said. The owner is very kind and helpful, helped us planning the route and gave us other tips. He also helped us ordering food. Can recommend!

Had a great time! The room was very spacious and clean. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We had tea and a lovely chat. They picked me up from the bus stop and in the mornings they gave me a lift to the park entrance/bus station etc.. Would definitely recommend!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! As soon as I arrived the head of the hotel/home stay (the family lives on the first floor, they are very friendly and kind) pulled out a map and helped me design my trip plan around Zhangjiajie. He also helped me buy all my tickets and drove me to the bus stations that take you to the park. My room was gorgeous, clean, quiet, and modern. Would definitely recommend a stay here, especially if you a foreigner, as it can be hard to navigate new areas in China!

This was a really good experience for me. The room was spacious and had a sleek and calm look. The bathroom was great also, with the shower working well. I stayed at a more expensive hotel where the shower did not have hot running water which is important in winter, even in Hunan. The room heated well also thanks to the upright air conditioner, which I find usually work better than the wall ones. Also, the bedding was thick so it was easy to sleep well. Most importantly, the owner was soooo helpful in planning my trips at the Zhangjiajie grand canyon and the other park. He also helped me get a discount by buying the grand canyon ticket online. He really marked the maps for me and also sent me online version of the marked maps. He sent me videos of places to help me make a decision of where I wanted to go. The only thing is that I can speak a little mandarin so it was easy to communicate with him. Also, it was easy for me to go to the airport and catch my flight after hiking in Tianzi mountain area, because he suggested to leave my luggage at the hotel in the morning and then he sent a taxi with my bag to pick me up at the east gate. This was highly convenient. Thank you for making my day during my visit in Wulingyuan :)

This place is really convenient in location to zhangjiajie National park. The hotel managers can drive you to the entrance of the park for free you just have to tell them when. One of them used to be a tour guide and the other is a native of the town so they know the area very well. Ask them any questions you have about the park and they’ll do their best to answer. Thanks to them I was able to view as much as the park as possible for the three days I was there! The room is clean, just remember to bring your own soaps. It’s a family run small hotel.
