Perfect hotel! Staff was very friendly and ready to help. Not everyone speaks English, but they use translator programs. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Complimentary water and other drinks (cola, sprite, milk…). Special attention to breakfast - very tasty and adopted for foreigners! You will find everything necessary for classic “European” meal.

We are foreigners and do not speak Chinese. The hotel added us on WeChat, picked us up from the airport. We communicated through a translator. The reception staff were very nice, they upgraded us to a better room for free. The room was large, clean. We were given fruit in the room. The air conditioning and wifi worked without problems. Breakfast - sufficient selection, good coffee. There are many restaurants and massages nearby. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Great location from the Tianmen cableway, where the ticket office is located, only walking distance away. Can see the cableway from the room. And lots of food choices around the area. It was slightly difficult to look for the hotel initially when the Didi driver dropped us in front of the building, as the hotel billboard wasn't at eye level. The reception and rooms are located on the 13th floor of the building. Just give them a call and they can guide you through. They were very prompt with replying through WeChat. Both male and female receptionists were very friendly and made us feel at home instantly, they also helped with explaining the route to Tianmen mountain. If you want good food recommendations, the male receptionist is the man to ask, he's the foodie! We had the best food recommendations for breakfast and dinner whilst in Zhangjiajie, after being bored of the similar choices of food in Wulingyuan. The room was clean and comfy, we had the best night sleep with the comfy bed and pillows. Writing this makes me think of the food we had and felt that we should've spent longer time in Zhangjiajie. Highly recommend this place, 5 stars is not enough to rate this place! They are so humble and lovely, I sincerely wish them all the best! :)

I would say this hotel had one of the best personalised services I have ever experienced, upon arrival we were were quickly checked in even though we were early. They asked us what our plans were for the day and quickly helped use reorganise our plans since we didn’t have much time. 夏花 sat down with us and explained each attraction in much details and which routes to take. she sent us a step by plan of how we should best spend our day so we see all the things we want to see. we found this very helpful because zhangjiajie national park was so big. She also checked in with us throughout the day to make sure we were okay. I had messaged her one time since we were lost and she helped direct us back in the right direction. while we had to rebook our tickets for the attractions, the extra money we spent was worth it as it made our trip easier and gave us more flexibility to access to different activities within the attraction.

The hotel is in an excellent location, situated very close to the boarding point of the Tianmen Mountain cable car, making it extremely convenient for visitors. It is also easily accessible from Zhangjiajie High-Speed Railway Station, allowing for a hassle-free journey. The front desk staff provides excellent service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for guests. The room offers a stunning view, is impeccably clean, and provides a comfortable stay, making it a great choice for travelers looking for both convenience and comfort.

Amazing view, very clean and stylish room. The receptionist was extremely helpful for our visit of Tianmenmountain, and also for finding good local restaurants. The terrace was perfect for a bear and cigarette with an amazing view of Tianmenmountain and the city. The breakfast was also not bad. I enjoyed the lively neighborhood and the warm greeting at the reception, very much recommend staying here.

Got 2 rooms with laundry machines. BOTH rooms had no laundry liquid, so couldn't do any laundry on the 1 night that we were there. Was quite late (around 10pm) so didn't get around to asking owner. Towel was some thin disposable towel. Useable, but not the thick regular towels we're used to everywhere else. Room was cosy & nice overall other than that. In the A Tour hotel building.

Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with thoughtful touches that made it feel luxurious. The common areas were equally well-maintained, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain. We were able to easily access these incredible sites while enjoying a peaceful retreat to return to after our adventures. In summary, this hotel offers the perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area who wants a top-notch place to stay. Key points: The room is relatively large, the decoration is relatively elegant, and it has basically everything you need; although the breakfast is simple, there is freshly ground Chinese and Western coffee, and the rice noodles are delicious; parking is just underground and you can go upstairs directly, the location is relatively convenient, and I will definitely stay here, highly recommended!

The hotel location is very easy to reach, in the middle of the city. Very close to the cable car station to Tianmenshan. and near the hotel there is also a minimarket that makes it easy to buy personal needs. The hotel room is very comfortable with spacious mattresses and cold air conditioning. And more importantly, the owner is kind and friendly. Very helpful and very quick to respond.
