A very comfortable hotel to stay in! Whether it is the beauties in the front hall or the handsome guys at the gate, the service is very warm, thoughtful and considerate~ I live in 216. There is a threshold at the door, and the robot can't get up. It was the handsome guy in the front hall who ran up to send me~ When checking out, Ms. Wang in the front hall was patient and considerate~ The room was clean and hygienic, of moderate size, and I was given an upgrade. The mattress was a mousse one~ (professional habit... I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂 Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. This is one of the hotels I particularly liked that I stayed in recently. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is only 1 km away from Zhangjiakou Station... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again next time I come!

The room was very clean, the service staff was very good, I would nod and smile when I saw it, there were a lot of breakfast options, I was very careful, I liked the small buns, I poured tea at the front desk, and introduced many surrounding foods carefully. When I left, I also brought bottled water. The room was very soundproof. The surrounding area of the hotel is also very convenient and quiet, the room TV should be able to cast screens, I am useless. Atour's bedding is also very comfortable, the laundry room is also very convenient and hygienic, the living is very good, I like Atour very much!

Advantages: 1. The new Chinese decoration is very high-grade, and the degree of intelligence is also good. 2. The service is very user-friendly, the staff is very empathetic, can think about the problem from the perspective of the guests, and solve it in time. There is no door at the main entrance of the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, and no one guides parking. In-house guests need to pay for swimming. Although the price is not high, it always feels a bit awkward. Can you say that there is room for improvement?

Room was warm and stuffy. Staff did not mention the air conditioner was not in use prior to check in. There werent enough ventilation through the night as there only one small window that could be opened, and there’s an air purifier, which they mentioned could function as a fan but with minimal efficacy. Staff did mention about changing room at night when we informed then it was warm, but we dont think that would make any difference at all. All in all, we suggest they provide a proper electric fan which serves a good alternative to switching off the main air conditioner due to autumn.

The room is cost-effective, clean and tidy, the quilt and pillows are very comfortable, the disposable toiletries are complete, the sound insulation effect of the room is very good, the service from the room lady is warm and thoughtful, this stay experience is particularly good, I will choose it again next time I have the opportunity to come here

The sound insulation of the house is not good, you can hear people talking in the corridor. The temperature of the faucet in the bathroom shower cannot be adjusted. Either the water temperature is extremely high and the water flow is large, or the cold water flow is small. I reported the problem to the front desk, and the front desk said it could only be adjusted slowly. It seemed that it was an installation problem, and I couldn't take a shower at all.

The hotel's hardware facilities and environmental sanitation are quite satisfactory and in line with the Lavande Hotel brand. However, the front desk staff needs to improve their service quality. I was surprised that the front desk staff was rude to guests when they inquired.

I came to travel and spent a long time looking for a hotel with a high-end environment and a 2 o'clock check-out time. After careful selection, I chose the International Hotel Building B. Why do I highlight Building B? Because the cost performance is too high. The same service, the same breakfast, a little smaller than Building A, but completely sufficient. I mainly praise their breakfast. Cantonese breakfast is a feature. There is a separate Cantonese restaurant. The price is normal in the evening, and you can eat whatever you want in the morning. It's so happy. There is also a free bathing and swimming center. At this price, it is really touching to have these services! The service is also very good. You can directly scan the code to place an order in the middle of the night, and the robot will bring the drinks to you.

This is the fourth year I have stayed at Zhangjiakou International Hotel. The hotel's facilities and services are excellent. This time I slept on the buckwheat pillow in the hotel room and I felt it was great. I even bought two to take home. During the stay, the staff decisively changed the room because of the noise problem on the floor. As long as the problem was raised, the staff would help solve it as soon as possible. It was great!

The experience is very good The hotel is very new, the standard rooms are large, the doors are soundproof, and the facilities in the room are complete and advanced. There are sensor lights for getting out of bed at night, and the toilet is equipped with a heating pad and 75% disinfectant wipes. The pillows are soft and comfortable, and the slippers are velvet. There are many kinds of breakfast, good service, and free late night snacks. Equipped with an underground garage, I hope the entrance corner of the underground garage can be improved. The angle when getting out of the garage is a bit tricky, and the entrance to the car is also very narrow. These two areas need improvement.
