The hotel is 32km from Zhangzhou Railway Station and 44km from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. The room is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities. It is a small independent building. The service attitude is very good. We also asked for opinions on the breakfast. It is quite rich, including soy milk, porridge, steamed buns, bread, eggs, mustard, etc. We were even asked to rush the car. The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city.
The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen.
Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

AAnonymous UserTransportation: It is very close to the sea. It takes less than ten minutes to ride the Jinluwan Beach. The best place to watch the sunrise on Dongshan Island's net red mirror beach (seafood stalls and snack streets everywhere), and it takes ten minutes to ride the Nanyu Lighthouse in Nanling Bay.
Room: The old house is remodeled while retaining the simple atmosphere of the house, especially this tile roof, which unconsciously relaxes. At night, lie on your own terrace chair to watch the starry sky, breathe with 100 points of oxygen 👍👍👍
Every detail of the house is very careful, there are commonly used slippers and disposable slippers, there is a desk, and free hanging ear coffee, mineral water and tea. The shower gel shampoo is still very good, and a faint fragrance is very comfortable when you enter the door. The bedding is also very comfortable, with a high and low pillow.
There is a swimming pool on the first floor to soak in water, and the children are particularly happy to play in the water. There is also breakfast, proper local characteristics. In the evening, drink a little wine under two hundred-year-old banyan trees, don't be too perfect.

The store owner is very welcoming and gave me a free upgrade to a duplex room, which is very comfortable and convenient. TTeoSA peaceful place to chill and relax.
Very pretty, clean, modern interior and nice smelling room. Fruits, drinks and yoghurt are complimentary in every room. Within the room, it is spacious! They even offer us washing machine (equipped with detergent) in every room so we may wash our laundry. Exterior has been nicely designed too. Love the deco around the common area like the reading corner, tea table.
Breakfast is quite good though it’s the same for both days we were there. Manager nicely upgraded one of our room as it was off peak season. Found out they have another branch in Yun Shi Yao. Perhaps can consider staying there and this for 2 different nights to experience different locations with hopefully similar level of standards.

SsiweiyaThe guesthouse is located in one of the Tulou of Tianluokeng cluster, so it's perfect for the travelers who wants to experience the Tulou life, especially at night when all the crowds leave and the village becomes quiet.
The owners, who also have their restaurant in the same Tulou, are kind and friendly, and provided help to navigate the transportation of the area. Bonus point, they welcomed foreign guests!
The rooms are very basic but overall clean, and the bed is quite comfortable! Even if it was cold temperature, the blanket was surprisingly warm and cozy! We initially thought we would be freezing at night, but instead we slept very well.
Of course when lodging in such a traditional countryside dwelling, the facility is really old and could be a bit noisy especially at night if there are many other guests walking around on the upper floors, as there's not much sound proofing.
The bathroom downstairs is shared with many rooms so it's not quite suitable for showering.
Overall was a nice countryside stay, we will always keep Tianluokeng in our hearts.

EEvaI stayed in the guestroom with view. (There is no view onto the tulous what I had expected)The room was light and clean. The location is great because the house is right beside the tulous and you have a great view onto the tulous from the terrace. The sightseeing viewing point is easy to reach from there. The service was good. The women who was there was friendly and helpful. She made me breakfast and dinner which was delicious. When I didn't know how to get to the next place she and her son helped me with information and the son drove me to the next sight I wanted to see which I was very glad about.

Secondly, let me talk about the hotel. There is a big cockroach on the door frame of the third picture. I am the person who is most afraid of cockroaches. After a few screams, I was killed by my husband. I didn't tell the hotel about this. My husband said that there was no cockroach. This will be a while. Finally, let me talk about breakfast. There are breakfasts that are better than some hotels at the same price. However, the eggs are limited. When you go in, you will take the eggs for one person. I thought that I would waste it. I can eat two, but the aunt who cooks said that I can eat one that subverts me early for all hotels. The recognition of the meal, this is very embarrassing and embarrassing 😓 We stayed for two days, 4 side dishes on the first day, 5 side dishes on the second day, one is a new dish, the other 4 are exactly the same as yesterday, the color of the dish is also obviously darker, so I didn't dare to eat it, this can't say that the hotel uses leftovers. GGuest UserFantastic hotel for seeing the Tulous in Fujian. Pricey, but worth it. Very charming with fantastic rooms. Just the walk along the stream to the hotel is an experience on its own. The little stream running past the hotel made it very peaceful. All inclusive (except for lunch) package designed for people to go explore the Tulous during the day, food was delicious in a great restaurant over looking the stream. The restaurant is semi open and the hotel was very attentive with insect repellent incense underneath the dining tables and insect repellent readily available for guests. At night the hotel took us up the river (15min walk) to go see fireflies at a spot over a bridge, amazing experience. They also set up a tent near just next to the bridge with drinks and cut fresh fruit available. The hotel is the epitome of what modern China should be like. It perfectly blends the old (restored old buildings) into new modern, tasteful functional buildings. Staff were attentive, quick to respond. Highly recommend.

FFranscios MichaelI have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below.
1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room.
2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me.
3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant.
4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people.
5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.
