It was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill. The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room. As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.

Decent location, proximity to ancient city and bihu ecological park. Also right beside a shopping plaza and a food street. Fitness Room one of the best equipped ive seen for a hotel, with a separate yoga room. A comfortable 2 night stay.

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to where we planned to visit on daily basis. The lobby is nice and bathroom is nice with new/clean towels and renovated with marble stone. The room has enough space but tv set could have been bigger in contrast to the wall space. The Chinese breakfast buffet is bountiful with a few daily local flavors. The room service staff are friendly but probably need more professional training. Although it is advertised as smoke free for some rooms, all rooms are not smoke free. At checkout, the receptionist was very receptive with my feedback. Hope there will be some improvements in the near future and we will stay in this hotel again on our next trip.

We got a free upgrade as we are visiting during the lull period. The nice room is nicely equipped, nicely maintained, and has a large balcony looking out at the river. Both the day and night views are amazing. Special shout out to Whitney Huang who took very good care of us at breakfast. We got free entrance to the onsen area as part of the hotel stay - which was amazing.

The girl at the front desk of the hotel was very considerate. We made a mistake in booking the hotel yesterday, but the girl not only approved it but also upgraded the room. The hotel has its own parking lot. The hotel is not facing the street and is relatively quiet. The navigation accurately found the parking lot. It is not too big, but it should be enough. It is more convenient to travel by car. There are many places where you can have breakfast around the hotel. The ancient city is not far away.

The hotel is opposite the China Merchants Bureau, the location is excellent, there is a parking lot, the two young men at the front desk are warm and thoughtful, the room is newly renovated, the toiletries are complete, the hot water is very fast, the bedding is very comfortable, the sheets are very clean, the breakfast is very rich, Chinese food Western food, coffee fruit are available. We visited in early March after the Spring Festival. Kids are back in school and adults are back at work so it is a lull period. The environment is excellent, a perfect getaway from city life. Due to the fact that there were few visitors at this, not all pools were filled up but we had the pools to ourselves. The SPA experience was good, very reasonably priced. Breakfast was surprisingly nice, maybe because I just like the Southern Min noodles.................. I'll be back.
