Wow! This hotel is really great, it's just a nest in my dream~ 💖 From the moment I entered the door, the young lady at the front desk received me super gentle and made me feel at home. The room is super clean and tidy, and the decoration is super stylish. I feel that every detail is revealed with care and taste~ 🛋️ The bed is super comfortable and soft. It is like being surrounded by clouds. I slept super sweet all night~ 🛌 Moreover, the hotel's breakfast is also super rich, all kinds of food have everything, eat my stomach is full, haha~ 🍳🥐 What surprised me most was that the hotel's service was really super intimate. No matter what I needed, they could respond quickly and help me solve it, making me feel super warm and at ease~ 💖 In short, this stay experience is really superb, I can't wait to come again~ 🏨✨

This time, I chose to stay at Radisson Blu Zhengzhou. This experience left me with a very good impression and was really satisfying. The hotel staff was warm and friendly, and the check-in and check-out procedures were efficient and fast. The bedding in the room was soft and comfortable, and the mattress was just the right hardness. The breakfast was rich and the ingredients were fresh. Next time I come to Zhengzhou on a business trip, I will still choose here without hesitation.

I'm there for business and it is close to the location of my visits. The hotel is grand and the location is near to many food stalls which is convenient to me. The hotel also has its pool and spa services. The breakfast is okay serving some local cuisines which is changed daily during my course of 5 days stay. The breakfast opens from 7 to 9.30am which is quite odd, I hope the opening hours are stretch longer. The room is clean with serving of fruits and snacks daily which is very much appreciated. However, the downside is that many people do smoke inside the hotel. I could easily smell cigarettes in the bathroom and toilet at the ventilation. Another part which I am not quite comfortable during the night is that the air conditioning wasn't adjustable which makes the room very hot without proper ventilation. Other than that, the stay is comfortable. It will be perfect if the upper part can be improved to meet international standards.

酒店位置優越，出門就是地鐵口。給親戚安排的房間，親戚很滿意，房間衞生乾淨，設備也很新，第一次住維也納，感覺不錯，還會再次入住的[愉快]

The new Chinese style at the front desk of the hotel is great The room is clean and tidy, the sound insulation effect is also very good, and the night sleep is very stable.  The front desk is very warm and the service is very good. The traffic is also very convenient. Next to the subway station, there is Wanda not far away. It is very convenient to travel. The housing also sent non-legacy projects. It is very interesting.

This trip was really a fan of this hotel! I passed by it countless times and didn't know it was a hotel. My friend came to Zhengzhou for tourism. After comparing the surrounding hotels, he chose this one. As soon as he stepped into the hotel, the warm and thoughtful service made people feel more favorable. The front desk staff not only checked in quickly, but also carefully recommended small but fun places around to friends. The room is clean and tidy, and it is also intelligently controlled. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, which is similar to the feeling I slept in a certain place. I slept a super sweet sleep. The quality of toiletries is also good, and the fragrance is very long-lasting. The details show the heart. The hotel has both Chinese and Western breakfasts. I took my friends to taste Henan Hu La Tang and received good reviews haha. After breakfast, I went to the lake for a walk to help digestion. The location of the hotel is also very good. There are many delicious foods around and it is convenient to travel. Highly recommended to everyone!

The staff were very friendly and their service was excellent! We wanted to change our room when we arrived and they gave a room tour so we could choose which one we liked. We did not receive our welcome fruit at first, but when we told them about it, they arranged it right away and we were surprised to learn that they included more - a box of biscuits, tea and foot spa! We felt special. There were even handwritten notes on each gift they had prepared for us. It was sweet! Our stay was wonderful and we would definitely come back.

Seeing that we were traveling with children, the front desk was considerate enough to upgrade our room to a higher category, and also responded to our requests for extra bedding and mineral water, etc. The price was not expensive, we have to give it a thumbs up!
