This is the most unexpected hotel I have stayed in so far. I chose this hotel for my business trip because I have also chosen e-sports hotels in the past few business trips. I didn’t have high expectations for e-sports hotels as a whole, but this hotel still exceeded my expectations. There is a parking lot in front of the door for easy parking and check-in. The front desk is on the 5th floor, clean and bright, with a bar counter, rooftop, and board game area next to it. The environment is very atmospheric, which is not inferior to some four-star hotels. I feel that adding a gym can improve the standard. The room was clean and tidy. The room we were in had no windows, but there was no smell or bad air. The bathroom is separated. The only drawback is that the bathroom and toilet doors are common, but the sanitary products are very thoughtful, including slippers, pajamas, simple skin care products, etc. (The only drawback is that the size of the pajamas is a bit small) The high service attitude and quality make people feel that Zhengzhou is very friendly. The room was small and washroom has problem. For breakfast they don’t have variety of food I have poster some photos for explanations. Overall, the hotel is good and the staff in reception are nice and willing to support and guide. I recommend you guys for this hotel.
