上次辦理入住，沒有開空調，給了差評，結果酒店加微信打電話讓我撤銷差評，沒辦法，感覺大家打工的都不容易，後來就撤銷評論。眾所周知，這幾天鄭州發洪水了，各酒店都在降價，甚至讓部分困在鄭州的人員免費辦理入住，出差到鄭州，我發現該酒店竟然臨時漲價，平常200左右，現在房間接近400，這屬不屬於發國難財嗎？？本人不發表評論。（酒店不要再給我打電話啦，算是我個人的一個用户體驗吧，如打電話直接投訴，謝謝合作）

多次住宿在閲瀾精品酒店了，首先是交通比較便利，離地鐵站挺近的，再者就是周邊也比較熱鬧，商業街啥的也比較近，性價比比較高。

本來想給好評，但是，居然連續兩次不給我退按金？！翻看了一下上次入住記錄，也是忘記給我退按金，後來第二天自己打電話過去才給退了！為什麼要這樣呢？如果自己忘了怎麼辦？説的是退房可以直接走，按金原路退回，結果住兩次都不退按金！

總體服務不錯，從前台到客房都挺好的，就是房間基礎裝修有點破舊了，感覺很潮濕，噪音有點大，一大早被施工噪音吵醒。布草破損嚴重，有污漬。給前台的服務點個贊！
