Stayed here several nights visiting family and relatives in Zhengzhou, awesome experience, delicious breakfast, warm and helpful staffs, thanks to Ms Zhang, Ms Cheng, and Ms Chen for keeping our rooms clean and providing everything we needed.

The hotel is located in a convenient area. Perfect to spend a few days as a couple. I fell in love with the hand soap they provide in the room. Maggie at front desk was more than helpful and even mailed us home the product really fast. They have a singer at night and the bar and restaurant are really comfy. The check in and out is easy. We are really happy with our time there, and we are coming back if we get the chance.

The location of the hotel is probably the only priority for me. There is a subway right next to the hotel, and the hotel is in a lively neighborhood. It was hard for me to find the hotel because there is only an elevator from the side of the building which was difficult to find immediately. The breakfast was very poor with less assortment which was exceptionally Chinese.

There is also a washing machine with a dryer, which is also very convenient. Clothes can be changed and washed every day. The only thing is that breakfast is a little early. It is 10 o'clock on weekdays and 10:30 on weekends. It would be better if it could be half an hour later. The service staff and the cleaning lady are very friendly. Seeing me go out, they actively asked if I needed cleaning. Generally speaking, it was a very good experience. I will choose here next time.
