是個比較老的小區，環境不錯，跟新小區來比，還是這個住的舒服😊房子裏面衞生還好，在陽台可以看見日月貝，樓下就是海灘，超美，房東姐姐特別熱情，推薦一下，人多可以選這個。我們11點多就進去了，停車停到第二天，停車費就8元，相當划算。

首先，房東很熱情，我們班機延誤了，還讓我們在房子裏多呆了4個小時，給她造成了不便。
其次，地理位置很好，下去馬路對面就是沙灘，離日月貝也很近，交通也很方便。
最後，就是衞生不是很到位，打掃的阿姨很馬虎，這個房東要跟進一下，但房東不停地給我們打招呼，問要不要叫阿姨重新來打掃。房子年數也比較久了，裝修、傢俱都有老化現象。

#好評#對安全性，梳洗用品，走廊隔音，房內採光，防治蚊蟲措施，房間佈局滿意；位置非常好。大阳台正对大海。非常漂亮。客厅很喜欢。卫生很干净非常好。住得很温馨。非常合适大家庭。比住酒店舒服。

我們10人入住4房户型，完全毫無壓力，都不用睡客廳。
樓下就是沙灘，附近很多景點，騎單車就好。
房東人很好，接受附近景點、美食。
下次來珠海玩還繼續預約。

春節家人來，選的這家民宿，裝修和佈置很有居家感，比酒店温馨，廚房餐具也比較齊全，日常熬個粥下個麪條nice。位置也還算方便，樓下馬路對面就是海灘，去散步帶孩子挖沙子方便，這邊海灘人不會特別多。房東人也比較好溝通。
不足是噪音真的很大，房間內隔音不好，牆應該是隔板牆；外部隔音也不好，樓下馬路一整晚呼呼過車都能聽到😭，對睡眠輕的人不友好。

房東阿姨人非常好，提前聯繫我們並且去碼頭接了我們，民宿非常大，裝修也很豪華，有一個很大的客廳和可以看海的陽台，有四個房間兩個衞生間，六個人住也很合適，非常推薦朋友結伴出遊或者家庭出遊入住！廚具也很齊全，我們還在家裡做了一頓夜宵。最後走的時候房東阿姨人也非常好，允許我們多存放一段時間行李，總之是一次非常好的入住體驗，希望下次有機會還可以來！
