"Rooms: big sized room with a comfy bed. Nice little balcony to sit and chill but was facing the construction site. Sound proofing got 95% of the noise but not all. Recommend having a TV subscription service (Tencent etc) as the hotel does not provide this on their tvs Location: Close to Chimelong but far from everything else. Delivery services and rideshare is a must. Service: excellent service all round from front desk (Thanks Cici), housekeeping, kids activity staff, guest buggy team. Overall good luxury hotel with lots of stuff for kids."

"We were so lucky to have met Queena , who was very helpful n friendly and efficient. She upgraded us to a duplex with our own pool facing the sea , our first ever. We were all so happy n excited to stay in that room. The Shadow Bar was very nice with a super night view of the sea n harbour. She also helped us with a small problem in the gym and also called a taxi for us when we had trouble getting one after checking out. A very beautiful resort for couples n family. Highly recommended n will surely come again. Appreciate it , Queena."

"The two days spent at Yinlan Baishe on Qi'ao Island in Zhuhai were simply a healing journey! This pure white house is like an isolated fairy tale cottage, hidden in a quiet corner of Qi'ao Island. You can see the greenery when you open the window, and there is only the sound of the gentle wind in your ears, which completely isolates you from the outside world. I was irritable and wanted to find a quiet place to retreat, but I didn't expect surprises one after another - the thoughtful butler took the initiative to help me upgrade to a larger room, and the spacious and bright space made me relax instantly. What touched me most was the butler's super thoughtful service, which was always available at any time for any needs, meticulous and heartwarming! The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and I can sleep peacefully every night. After two days, my body and mind have been thoroughly stretched. I will definitely come back to such a treasure place if I have the chance!"

"The location and shuttles is the best part about this hotel. We loved the amusement park and nightly fireworks. So many activities and pools to explore. The staff was very helpful especially the manager Miss Lucy. She assisted our family every step of the way and really made the trip extra special. The fresh fruit in the rooms daily was a wonderful surprisE. My only complaint is the need for a deep cleaning in the rooms."

"I've always been a fan of Banyan Tree, so I've stayed at almost every one of their hotels. When I saw that Banyan Tree had opened in Zhuhai, I immediately brought my friends to check it out, and it was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel environment and views are fantastic. The front desk upgraded us to a sea-view room, where we could see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and the Sun and Moon Shell from our room. Honestly, my friend and I could have stayed in the room all day without leaving, haha. The service was also excellent. I thought the service might be a bit lacking since it's a newly opened hotel, but from check-in onwards, the front desk staff and all the ladies we encountered in the lobby were incredibly friendly. I especially loved the welcome ceremony at check-in; the front desk explained it was called a ”vacuuming ceremony,” which was quite interesting, but unfortunately, I didn't take any photos or videos. The hotel restaurants were also great. I tried the hotel's Chinese restaurant in the evening, which specializes in Fujian cuisine—it was delicious and visually appealing! The breakfast was also very good, with freshly made traditional Cantonese dim sum, which was truly authentic for a Cantonese person like me. I'd definitely try it even if I'm not staying at the hotel in the future. The hotel's clam bar also had a fantastic view, but unfortunately, I didn't try any drinks. In short, everything – the view, the rooms, the service, and the food – was excellent. I'd definitely come back again if I had the chance! Oh, and I especially want to commend the front desk service. All the staff were incredibly welcoming during check-in, added me on WeChat, and replied to my messages almost instantly. They also gave us a very enthusiastic tour of the hotel and told my friend and me the fascinating stories behind Banyan Tree."

"Newly opened in 2025, the Alila Dong'ao Island hotel lived up to our expectations. With comprehensive facilities, innovative design, and stunning 360-degree ocean views, every detail is photogenic and truly made us feel like we were living right in the heart of the scenery. Both Haitang and Haiyan restaurants are highly recommended, with fresh ingredients, skilled chefs, and friendly wait staff. The cliff-top infinity pool is a must-try; it's breathtaking! ⛵️😊👍🏝️"

"The owner is friendly, the housekeeper is responsible, and provides travel itineraries attentively. The villa is large and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. It is suitable for family and friends to get together for many activities. There are free game consoles, electric mahjong, and karaoke speakers. There are just no restaurants nearby. You have to call a car to go out for 20 minutes. There are many restaurant choices in large malls. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again next time."

"The room is very clean, new and comfortable. Free parking, just park outside on the first floor. Close to Hengqin Port, Chimelong and Lionsgate Entertainment World. Lanzhou ramen and stir-fried dishes downstairs are good, but the portions are small and the prices are high."
