Aust Hotel Apartment (Gongbei Port Lovers Road) Reviews

We took a short stay at Aust while transiting from Zhuhai to Macau. Not a bad choice given it’s now far from Gongbei port. They have a convenient store on the ground floor which is good buy daily stuff. We opted for the loft room which had all the amenities including washing machine, iron board, and a small kitchen.

It is a good stay and price is really decent considering the quality of the hotel. I will visit again.

Great location very close to lovers road and the jiuzhou and hzmb bridge port. Quite special becos its a loft style apartment. But the photos of the hotel are really catfish, walls are stained and generally the sofa and other furniture were unclean. The lobby of the hotel does not look like the pictures, and has a bad smell which i can only describe as a mix of ciggarettes and rotten food. Hot water is not instant, but if u j leave it on during your stay it is okay. The toilet clogs VERY easily j two pieces of tissue or takin a **** can clog it. For its price ~600hkd a night I expect more.

Good place to stay for 1-2 nights. The walls needs to be cleaned or repainted, they're all stained.

The bed was SO COMFORTABLE!! Clean apartment, smelt like smoke when we first came in but everything else was great.

To be honest, I don't want to give anything. The environment is very bad, the sheets are dirty, and the hygiene during the holidays is very poor. There are cockroaches crawling everywhere. There are cockroaches on the table and the sink. I said I went there after twelve o'clock in the middle of the night. I was frightened all night. Even though I changed rooms, there were still shadows. It was quite bad. It is not recommended to stay here.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the air conditioner and TV didn't work, and no one ever answered the phone at the front desk. It was a rubbish hotel.

The room I booked temporarily because of the itinerary change, I felt very bad after arriving at the room. The price is 200 more expensive than the same type of room booked, but the sanitation and facilities are the worst. The first negative review! The worst night I stayed for more than ten days on a trip (I went downstairs to buy things and met someone who just checked in and thought it was too bad to check out 😂 We have a lot of people and luggage, it is inconvenient to bring the elderly and children, otherwise I have to return) There is only one bathroom, which is really not enough for a three-bed family suite. There are 6 people with the elderly and children. It’s okay to queue up for bathing. You have to queue up to wash your hands and go to the toilet. There are only two floors in the room. (And there is no partition, washing hands, going to the toilet, and taking a shower are all in one place.) The washbasin in the bathroom cannot be touched. It is so wobbly that I am afraid it will fall off. There is a reminder to pay for damaged items in the toilet. There is a compensation price list on the living room table. This is the first time I see this after staying in so many hotels😪 No hair dryer‼ ️I can only sit and wait for the hair to dry naturally, check in at 10 o'clock, wait in line for a shower and then wait for the hair to dry at about 1 o'clock (write a bad review while waiting for the hair to dry)😒 The projection is very unclear, the picture is small and blurry There is not a single cabinet in the whole room, no hangers, 6 people asked for 20 hangers, and in the end they gave 9. The sound of the washing machine is scary, and the plug wires of the wiring board behind the washing machine refrigerator are exposed outside, like a low-rent apartment, making people uncomfortable The mattress downstairs is very uncomfortable. You can hear the sound of springs when you lie on it. The old man has a bad lumbar spine and can't sleep like this. He can only sleep on the floor on the floor The sofa is old and dirty. There are two air conditioners upstairs blowing directly on the bed (one of them is still broken). The child whose bed is close to the air conditioner has a cold and keeps sniffling. There is no way but to turn it off. Except for the stairs upstairs The whole place is closed, and it's stuffy and hot all night. There are no curtains upstairs, and the entire glass is covered with a layer of film, which is light-transmitting. You can't sleep upstairs if you turn on the lights downstairs. Even if the facilities in the room are simple and incomplete, the sanitation is also very poor. There are water stains on the washbasin countertop of the toilet just after checking in, the double eyelid sticker left by a previous guest is stuck on the mirror, the towels are yellow, and they are not neatly stacked Besides the service, I told the front desk that this is the worst hotel I have stayed in in the past ten days, and she said, "Is it?" Drunk drunk😣😣😣

Generally speaking, it is very good. The room is a loft type, very large, and the bed is quite comfortable. Opposite the hotel is the bus station. It is convenient to travel. The only small defect is that the shower is a water heater, and the hot water supply time is short

The hotel is very uncomfortable. The dust has not been cleaned for a long time. The interior is a whitewashed rough room. It is very cold. The worst thing is that each room is independently hung up and the air conditioner cannot be turned on. Ask the front desk to say that it is controlled by the property.

Stayed twice, the first review was wrong, overall it’s okay, the kids like it better, but the rooms are different in the two times, the facilities inside seem to be different, the second time there are no hangers and ironing coat board. Others are fine.

The decoration of the hotel is relatively new, and the service attitude is good.
