Except that the location is a bit further away from some of the main attractions, it’s a great place to stay overseeing macau just a few hundred meters away.

It was my first time to stay in a hotel. The service staff were very nice. The room was very clean, with good lighting and new equipment. It was large and quiet. The Internet was also very good. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were also very comfortable. I had a good sleep. I had a good night's sleep. At dawn, there are many kinds of breakfast, good coffee, and there is also a gym, laundry room and convenience store. The service is very friendly and the price/performance ratio is very high. It is very good and convenient. There are free drinks in the room, free parking lot, and a book bar in the lobby. I am very satisfied with the location.

It rained heavily today and we drove over from Hong Kong at around 11pm. It only takes 9 minutes to reach the hotel after crossing the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, which is very convenient. The hotel provides free parking, which is very good.

Very dissatisfied! A hotel store that was renovated from the 1.2 floors of an old community that is more than 10 or 20 years old! The hotel has only 3 floors and is very small. The lobby at the entrance looks quite decent, but the guest rooms are really hard to describe! We booked three wooden twin rooms, and the fee was 866 per room during the May Day holiday! Look, all three rooms are attics without windows! The so-called window faces the lobby inside the hotel, and the hotel front desk spoke clearly! The sound insulation is also poor! A room for 866 yuan, and you live in an attic? ! This is a bit outrageous! Did you go to Macau? There is no such weird consumption in Macau! I didn't take it seriously after communicating with the clerk! Bad review! Very bad review! The accommodation environment is really too bad! The clerk is also very weird, and the takeaway was not brought up for an hour downstairs.

The hotel is in a great location, about a 5-minute walk from Wan Chai Port. I paid extra to upgrade to a twin room with a terrace, so I could see Macau on the other side. But the hotel has many complaints. Two cards were given when checking in, both of which were electricity cards. They said one was for opening the door and the other for electricity, but there was no difference between the two cards, and the front desk didn't tell me. What's worse, on the last day, both cards couldn't open the door, and I had to go to the front desk again. The water retaining ***** on the bathroom door of the hotel didn't work at all. There was a puddle of water outside after taking a shower for two consecutive nights. The safety lock on the door was broken and didn't work at all. The tissue box on the sink was placed together with the trash can, which looked very unhygienic.

The lady at the front desk was nice, sweet, gentle and kind. She helped me upgrade to a sea view room. The room was of the same Atour quality as always, comfortable and clean. It was very pleasant to overlook the night view of Macau across the room at night!

It's very quiet outside the hotel, and you can see the Grand Lisboa Macau across the street. The family room we booked is very large, because we took the high-speed rail to go to both Chimelong and the Seaside Park. This Atour is located between them. If you are not in a hurry, you can take the K10 bus to the Seaside Park, and it only takes more than 20 minutes to take a taxi to Chimelong. It is very convenient and it is also the closest Atour to Chimelong. There is a very good tea restaurant downstairs, which is eaten by locals, and there is also a 711. It is highly recommended to bring children and the elderly! The attitude of the front desk guy is very good!
