This time, my little one and I embarked on a spontaneous trip. Traveling solo with a 3.5-year-old, my top priorities for a hotel were comfort, a bathtub, and kid-friendly amenities. The Renaissance Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is quite new, and the room was spacious. I booked a river-view room, and I could even see the Macau Tower from there. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, with freshly made rice noodle rolls. Right downstairs from the hotel is a shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. An unexpected bonus was discovering that the starting and ending point for the Zhuhai sightseeing bus (Xiangzhou line) is also right outside the hotel. We took the sightseeing bus five times over two days, and my little one absolutely loved it. If I come back to Zhuhai, I'll definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

The room and location were great, and the river view was beautiful, but there was no automatic toilet. The gym with a river view was spacious, but the equipment was a bit limited.

While visiting Zhuhai, I chose the Renaissance Zhuhai Hotel. The front desk lady with the round face and big eyes (forgot to ask her name) was friendly, patient, and very welcoming. The hotel is seamlessly connected to Uniwalk, which was great on a hot day. The second and third floors lead directly to the mall, so I picked up a T-shirt without the hassle of going outside. Breakfast runs from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, which is a very thoughtful schedule. I could sleep in and enjoy a leisurely brunch with a wide variety of dishes from both Chinese and Western sections. The room itself was spacious, and the mattress had the perfect firmness to support my back – very comfortable! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, and I could even see the iconic Grand Lisboa in Macau. The in-room Bluetooth speaker had great sound quality, adding a romantic touch to the beautiful night view. When I opened a bottle of Riesling, the hotel staff promptly brought up some ice. I initially booked for two nights, but my satisfaction far exceeded expectations, so I immediately extended my stay for another two nights. I genuinely recommend Renaissance Zhuhai Hotel! It truly enhanced my vacation mood.

This hotel has a beautiful appearance. For a holiday trip, this location and environment offer great value for money. Universal City is right downstairs, making dining and entertainment very convenient. Next time I come to Zhuhai, I will definitely stay here again. I really like it.

This hotel's rooms are absolutely fantastic! The mattress was super comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and offered amazing views – my kids didn't even want to leave. The toiletries were top-notch too, smelling wonderful and leaving me feeling so refreshed. And the service? Unbeatable! I'd requested a non-corner, high-floor room in my notes, and they honored it perfectly at check-in. The process was quick, the lobby felt so relaxing, and Naam from the staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options including some delicious Cantonese specialties. Every single staff member had a wonderful attitude and provided quality service. The whole experience was just superb, definitely five stars! I was too busy with my kids' competition to take photos of the room, unfortunately.

Hotel Front desk and Concierge are very helpful. Convenient location connected to mall and close to sightseeing bus station.

The environment is great, and the staff are warm and attentive. They even specially brought toiletries for my child when they saw I had one with me, which was a lovely touch! 👍

The room was very clean and spacious, though it was a bit noisy being right next to the elevator. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend avoiding rooms near the elevator. Facilities: Very comprehensive. Environment: The swimming pool was very clean, and there was also a hot tub and a children's play pool, which was fantastic. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options and plenty to choose from.

First time in Zhuhai, and I had a pretty good experience. The mall downstairs is really convenient for buying anything I needed. Plus, the service was excellent. Thumbs up!

The Executive Lounge's dinner buffet was fantastic and varied every night, offering dishes like mussels and lamb chops. Mina, a staff member at the Executive Lounge, was incredibly warm and attentive. She took excellent care of my disabled veteran father. Our train was scheduled for the evening, and she helped us arrange a late check-out, even arranging for my dad to rest in the Executive Lounge. Her thoughtfulness was truly remarkable, and we are so grateful. We will definitely be returning to Renaissance next time.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the front desk and room service were prompt. The restaurant served fresh and abundant food. It's definitely worth staying here.

The service was exceptionally good. One day I forgot to extend my stay, and they called me around 5 PM to ask about it. The receptionist was very gentle and sweet. She saw I had cold medicine in my hand and thoughtfully gave me a mask.
