It is good.

The front desk is staffed by an elderly couple. They spoke English at a speed and pronunciation that was easy for Japanese people to understand, and they even looked at my passport when I checked in and wrote it for me! It was very helpful!! Breakfast is not buffet style, but they provide about four types of bread, orange juice, hot drinks, jam, cheese, and boiled rice*, which was very satisfying. The room was spacious enough! It is about a 7-minute walk from the station, and there are many tourist attractions within walking distance, so it is very convenient!! Amenities included shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer.

The hotel is in a great location, the front desk is very polite, and there is hot cocoa for breakfast. The room hygiene is also in place, and you can store your luggage for free before check-out...

Great👍I successfully checked in at noon. The kind grandparents at the front desk were very fast and convenient. The hotel is a bit retro, but very clean. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Although it was a little noisy facing the street, I wore earplugs. The service staff are all friendly and polite, everything in Zurich is perfect!

Proximity to the station is the only plus point. Although the old hotel has been cleaned, the small space and hard and heavy quilts seem to be seen in the nostalgic stories of movies. Out of place with this city. Breakfast is only bread and coffee, which is simpler than the breakfast in American motels.

Welcomed warmly. Hotel very close to train station, easy walk to hotel. Hotel Arlette relatively small, clean but dated a little. Got off on 1 st floor by accident and looks like some renovation may be happening. Lobby staffed 24/7. Gentleman looked for a charging cord we needed and gave us an adapter for wall plug cause ours won’t fit in the recessed sockets. Overall comfortable, clean and very close to train station. I would stay there again.

It was a nice little room and served my purposes as a solo female's traveler. I felt safe. The hotel is family run. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Breakfast is included in the price and it’s a simple pre-selected menu but the hostess is attentive. They even give you a call to remind you of breakfast if you are not in by 9:45 am (closing time is 10:30 am).

Ideal for a short stay in an otherwise terribly expensive city. Just a few steps from the main train station. Respectable family-run hotel, in a city where low-cost hotels tend to be sleazy

This hotel fit my needs perfectly. Steps away fron the Zurich Hauptbahnhof, it was conveniently located and easy to find. A smaller, European hotel that was clean, comfortable and had a super friendly, helpful staff. I was very impressed. The continental breakfast was perfect for my needs. I will definitely book this hotel again!
