We paid for 4 people in 1 room, there always wasn’t enough slippers for all of us. The conditioner and shower/shampoo bottles fell off during our shower and almost hit us. The charging outlets were not functioning. Terrible.

We had a lovely stay will definitely come back if we are in zurich next time.

This is totally a disappointing experience! I cannot imagine a 4 stars hotel is offering this kind of room to the guest, also there is bad smell from the toilet. I request to change room but the attitude of reception is bad and unprofessional! Both room quality, cleanliness and service level are deteriorating. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel to my friends!

Standard boring business hotel !

Kinda far away from the city centre. Rooms are spacious and nice.

I love how conveniently the hotel is located, just a min walk to the tram stop. The staffs were all super helpful and friendly. Worth going back again when we visit Switzerland again

food ok however quite xpensif.

Although the hotel is not in the city center, the transportation is very convenient. There is Line 4 downstairs, which can go directly to the train station. When checking in, I found that there was instant noodles for sale, so I bought some and went upstairs to enjoy the delicious food in the room 😋

The room is very big, free upgrade to the 10th floor, free access to the bar to eat and drink. Lucky thanks, it's really a good place to stay in Switzerland, I will choose it next time I go, the breakfast is also good, thumbs up, rich variety, large lobby space, you can unload your luggage

The bed is too small. My child (13 years old) and I can't turn around when we sleep in one bed... Upgrading is not allowed ❌ and adding an extra bed is not allowed! It's really unreasonable to have such a small bed in such a big room!

The room is quite standard, with the facilities of a chain hotel, hot and cold water taps are OK, but the air conditioners in European hotels are very small. I heard that energy costs are very expensive there, so I guess turning on a small air conditioner saves energy costs. The location of the hotel is a bit remote, because it's my first time here and I'm not familiar with it. I looked at the hotel map and it seemed like the location was good, but it was actually very remote. The breakfast was OK, there was even smoked salmon 🍣, delicious 😋
