One of the better hotels in Ternate. It was very clean, quite rare in Ternate. Blankets are duvets with covers on. Hot shower that works, toilet seats you'll be happy to sit on. Good sized bedrooms, good lighting, have windows. But the window of the single room we stayed in faces the hallway for maintenance/staff access, so privacy is a little compromised. The sheer curtain helps a little. Smoke free room.
Breakfast is good with snacks and rice/noodles, vegetable stir fry, chicken dish and two choices of fruit, fresh tea and coffee.
Staff are friendly and offered help with luggage. Prices for room service are reasonable. Good location for the airport and local amenities.
It's good, but there's a CS who likes to eat snacks secretly and then throws the skins away in the trash, as if I was the one who ate them so that when I checked out I would be the one to pay. That CS needs to be taught a lesson. It's dangerous, the hotel's reputation won't be good later.
The owners are super friendly, I booked a room for one person. Two friends have joined in the short term and these were allowed to sleep with the room without any extra charge. When the owner learned that I had to go to the airport at night, he just offered me to go for free. To not topped up help.
There are many cats running around, it didn't disturb me, but maybe interesting for allergics.
The accommodation is recommended.
King bed room on the 5th floor. The room is quite small. The window of the room faces the back of the hotel, and there is a smelly ditch behind it.
Facilities: The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is very good. You can order food at any time at noon and evening.
The room is clean, the toilet is clean and super large in size. But unfortunately the amenities only have bath soap, overall staying here is super comfortable because of the good breakfast, I didn't expect it to be a cheap hotel but the breakfast is super complete
Unfortunately, the cleanliness is not very good, there are many small and humid cockroaches, the TV remote is also broken, not worth the guests even though the location of the hotel is very strategic and 1 more I booked for 4 days 3 pm and on the 3rd day my room was locked very anxious and then not Check out for a while (check the data first), oia lacks hot water thermos
The bathroom was a bit dirty, but still ok. Beds were clean and breakfast was big portion& tasty (only 2 options to choose: fried rice or nasi kumpur). Wifi is not stable, but ok for mails etc. Staff was very kind.

GGuest UserFar from everything, it is a small corner of ”luxury” for tourists. The rooms are dilapidated and the breakfast leaves something to be desired given the lack of diversity. The staff is very pleasant and will gladly help you if you have a problem. Requires a means of transport.
