Don't use the showerhead directly, or the bathroom will turn into a pond. The service really needs improvement. They'll overcharge you if you don't check your bill. I booked two rooms for three nights through Trip.com, but they kept saying they couldn't find my reservation. On the first day, they said they couldn't find the third day's booking. On the second day, they said they only found one room's reservation. Since I booked separately, I had to reactivate my key card every day. The power in the room would cut out and come back on automatically, and the curtains would open and close suddenly, which really scared me. The room cleaning time varied each day, and they'd often forget to replenish water or take a very long time. Plus, no one answered the phone.

Hi , YHA Fremantle Prison, Wow! What an amazing experience and im so glad i stayed here, and thankyou so much for being so accommadting and understanding , and well for letting me book with late notice and guided me to after hours checkin, and well the guy who was working after hours on the 31st May Sunday night,...... 💯👌🙏❤️ so welcoming and was down to earth, and made me feel good about the whole.stay and just a very calming presence and over the phone also , very understanding and reassured me to not stress and be safe and to get here when i get here. He was thankful i got there at reasonable hour, cosidering it was after 9pm , was travelling from the city and through the storm so it was 10.30pm maybe a little after 10.45pm,...... and so he was very grateful but very good about me being a late check in , as i rang to make sure i was able to stay without a passport. I.was very happy to find that i could book without passport 🙏🥹💯❤️👌 I had the best night sleep, the best shower before bed, the facilities were amazing and the whole experience was beyond my expectations and exceeded all my thoughts of what was to be. I cant thank you guys enough! I will be back! Im staying longer next time so i can explore the Fremantle Prison as i have wanted to now for many.of years and the canal tour also ive wanted.to always do. The grounds, the care , the information on history , on every wall, evey building, everything was to standard and presentation that was 11/10 👌💯 brillant! I am and was well impressed! And cant wait to stay again and with a little more pre planning and booking earlier on and having a bit more a plan next trip. As my stay at YHA was very last minute , and because i missed my TransWA bus back to Kojonup.....😏 And well my decision to go up to Perth was very last minute and decision made only 2 days prior to going , and so as it was last minute decision and well i had an idea of a plan of where and who to see while up there, as being last minute things always dont go to plan and so when those moments happened i just rolled with the punches and went with the flow of things, and trusted my gut instinct and trusted my journey and the journey in life i am and well was on while in Perth and so all roads had led me to where i was meant to be , and well all fell into plaxe and worked out in the end and so im grateful beyond words! Clean & well-maintained, conveniently located near the Perth railway station. Everything was perfect. Loved that the reception went the extra mile to surprise us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our special occasion too. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

I arrived at the airport in the evening and stayed one night nearby before picking up a rental car the next morning for a self-drive trip north. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus, which is great! Service: You need to call the front desk for the shuttle after arriving, which was a bit of a challenge for my English listening skills, especially since the pick-up spot wasn't exactly as described online. Luckily, Perth Airport isn't too big. The next morning, I took the shuttle back to the airport to pick up my car, again for free. This is a huge plus in high-cost Australia 👍 Environment: The hotel is located by the highway, but the courtyard is quiet and clean. Hygiene: The windows in the room couldn't be opened, and there was a strong smell of cleaning solution that wouldn't dissipate. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Location is not suitable for no car, there is a distance from the center, but very close to the sea! It is very convenient to watch the sunrise and sunset. The whole hotel is the style of the resort hotel. Is the room facilities still a bit old, but it does not affect the stay. The swimming pool is very good, the room is very large, and the price is very good.

This was a fantastic stay! The front desk staff were warm and efficient with both check-in and check-out. The room was meticulously cleaned, even the corners were spotless, and there were no strange odors. The bedding was soft and the pillows were comfortable. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making it very quiet at night. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply was stable. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and get around. Overall, it's great value for money, and I felt very comfortable throughout my trip. I'll prioritize this hotel for my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel has a bread maker and a great environment. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The room was very clean, with good natural light and ventilation. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The WiFi was stable, and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended for both leisure and business trips.

The hotel is quite old and the facilities are very dated. Other than that, it's pretty much like any other Mercure I've stayed at. The breakfast was decent, and the service was acceptable. It's within walking distance of Perth Town Hall.

The location is convenient, and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. I paid less for three nights here than I would have at many other properties. However, parking is a major issue. The property appears to have more than 50 apartments but only around 20 parking spaces. Finding a parking spot is a matter of luck, and even when a space is available, the parking bays are very small and difficult to maneuver into. I stayed for four days, but housekeeping did not come to service the room or replace the towels during my stay. Another downside was the air conditioner, which kept turning off every couple of hours, seemingly due to a timer setting. This was quite inconvenient, especially at night. Overall, this is a budget-friendly option with a good location, but the parking, housekeeping, and air-conditioning issues affected my experience.

the location is awesome very near to their supermarket. you can purchasethe worth strawberry 3AUD and cooked prawns 10 AUD, but if you driving might not so convenient. the parking avaliable at rainie square, day parking 30AUD, it can purchased at the counter.
