Objectively speaking, I don't recommend it. There is a ** downstairs, which is quite noisy. There is indeed no hot water for bathing, and the facilities are relatively old. However, the swimming pool is very beautiful, and the hamburgers made by the restaurant in the swimming pool are also very delicious. If you bring children, I don't recommend staying here.

One of my favourite hotels in Santo Domingo. Perfect for location and if you don't want to spend 3 figures a night for a 5 star hotel. Renovated a few years ago, the rooms and decor are exceptional. The hallway can be noisy but that's due to the construction of the building as it does have some history. Breakfast is a combination of hot and cold and is served on the rooftop. Once again, staff are very helpful and attentive and I couldn't fault them for anything. Reception is always friendly and helpful. All rooms have a minibar and a safe but if the prices are a little steep then theres a National store in El Conde where you can buy all your needs at local prices. Your 5 minutes walk away from the centre of ”El Conde” or ”Zona Colonial” where there's quite a few US food chains such as Domino's and KFC as well as a lot of boutique shops where you can find something to your liking. Highly recommended 3/4* hotel with 5* service

The hotel's soundproofing is average. Living on the fifth floor, you can hear people talking loudly downstairs. The internet is poor, and what's uncomfortable is that the charging plug is not at the bedside! ! ! But the hotel's breakfast is great, with everything you need. I hope the room facilities can be improved, as they are a bit too old.

This hotel was specially booked. The hotel has a long history and a good location. The deluxe bed booked this time, the front desk service is very warm, and the scenery outside the window is the most attractive to us. It is beautiful. Fueron muy diligentes solicite que me hicieran algo especial para el cumpleaños de pareja y me guardaron todo listo! Parqueo accesible, buena ubicación con lugares cerca de recreación El desayuno estuvo bien; la vista de la habitación espectacular 🧡 El único inconveniente fue que el agua caliente no funcionó y solicite cambio de habitación y en la otra habitación tampoco funcionó el agua caliente! The new hotel hardware facilities are very good in the Dormy. The front desk and other service staff are very friendly. The hotel is relatively new. The room is still somewhat decorated.

The environment, location, service, and facilities are great. The garden has the feel of a tropical rainforest. The hotel itself has a long history. It is convenient for shopping and dining nearby. There were any political events on the day of check-in. The president was here. I will recommend it to my friends and I will do it again next time. Will choose this one.

I really loved my stay at this place! The service was 10/10, the food was 10/10, the cleanliness was 10/10, the room service was 10/10, they are very attentive to what the guest wants and they act quickly to their wishes…and it is super well located near restaurants, fast foods, malls and supermarkets…so you couldn't ask for more…100/100 recommended this hotel 💪
