Absolutely amazing, beautiful place! The views from the hotel were breathtaking. I literally sat for hours at Layer restaurant and The Kliff bistro taking in the views, enjoying delicious food and just relaxing. The staff were all helpful and gave great service plus remembered my birthday and wished me Happy Birthday which pleasantly surprised me😃. Room was fantastic and the welcome treat - yummy!!! I would love to stay here again!❤️
First time staying at this hotel, my impression was ordinary, just a view of the lobby, a cafe facing the beach.
The housekeeping cart was pushed, the noise was very disturbing. Just imagine, every time a guest passes by, the housekeeping stops so as not to make noise
The hotel is dated but that in itself isn’t such a problem. The setting is nice , garden and pool is pretty. The beach is cleaner than Bali but still plenty of rubbish. The rooms are large and bed is comfortable. I booked for 4 nights but stayed only one as the air conditioning was insufficient to cool the room to a sleeping temperature. Staff were great and as helpful as they could be but the air conditioning needs replacing asap.
Hotel is really beautiful with great sunset views. Service staffs are very friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the room can be better. Also, there is an issue with the water heater where it gets hot at the beginning and turns cold permanently afterwards.
Staff is super nice
Bathroom was cleaned
But all I asked for before checking in was clean bedsheets and definitely did not have that
They changed room after I complained about it and it was the same
The hotel is comfortable, clean, friendly service, good breakfast, but there are still problems with rooms such as a blocked sink, the toilet is on the 3rd floor new but it is disgusting yellow like never brushed. This hotel needs vixal/porstek/harpic and something Because it's a pity that the interior of the hotel is good but not taken care of
Very convenient location, a kilometer from the airport, a little away from the street. The hotel is new, very clean and well decorated. On the ground floor there is a breakfast room. The room is comfortable with good furniture. Powerful air conditioner. They provide transfers to the airport in comfortable cars. Friendly staff speaking good English.
After 3 times at Sotis I have to say that:
- the rooms. The bathroom and the breakfast more than good
- cknr phre good service from the Staff
Unfortunately the pool has no staff who can intervene in the assault of noisy guests and who use this space as a playground. The result is that the pool becomes unusable.
Furthermore, the beach in front of the hotel is used by locals to have picnics cooking and flooding the entire outside area with smoke, smells and a lot of noise.... I'm sorry but I think that next time in Kupang I will look for another solution.
This hotel is best in the Main Street, not far from pier and right next to the night market. I love their lobby is very chill and facing the sea. Seaview room is nice but just bear in mind there will be some noises from boat coming back late in the night. They have a spa/massage. Kids club and gym is small and I did not use them.
The local tour is organised by East Cruise, surprisingly good price compared to what you can find on the street, i,e, for reference, Red Whale asked for 1.5 million to Komodo and they asked for 1.35 million, and East Cruise has a better speedboat with Sundeck. Did not try this time as the travel desk closed at 5.
Overall recommend this if you want a little more comfort over the budget choices on the Main Street.

KKris AdidarmaI was in Labuan Bajo for business and Laprima was ideal. Within walking distance yet just far enough out of town to feel secluded, with spacious rooms that have an excellent sunset view (I had the ninth floor rooms facing the bay and islands). We rented a boat to explore the islands and used the very convenient jetty at Laprima.
Breakfast buffet was average but the omelet from the egg stand was excellent. The coffee at the buffet was not too my taste so I ordered a cappuccino for Rp. 30.0000, Les than two USD for a decent cappuccino!
Will definitely come again.
GGuest UserWe stayed at Sudamala Resort after our 3D2N open trip around Komodo Island to relax and recharge. We booked a room with an indoor swimming pool, and it was absolutely remarkable spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The resort itself is incredibly peaceful, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming.
We also tried the massage at the hotel, which was excellent and helped us unwind even more. What impressed me the most, however, was the exceptional service from one of the staff members, Huberth. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, he greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Thank you so much, Huberth! Your hospitality made our experience truly memorable, and because of you, we’ll definitely be back.

GGuest UserLelewatu is an example of understated luxury in Sumba Island, which is much off the beaten track compared to other parts of Indonesia. The staff is very attentive but low key at the same time. The restaurant is great, especially on local choices. The villas are spacious with really high ceilings, a great pool and plenty of privacy. Will miss sleeping at the sound of the waves.

RRobGZ22Seemingly the grandest hotel, or at least the tallest, near the main tourist street and harbor (10-15min walk). Great views from the breakfast level and the pool. Air con was excellent and Wifi was generally strong, except for a couple hours of blackout one day. Strong service and clean rooms, although a bit cramped. Breakfast starts at 6am, although the food options are just average. The supermarket in the basement was convenient, although prices need to be labeled better. One main area for improvement was the shower: the drains were slow and the mounted head barely worked, making me have to use the hose only. But, overall, a solid experience in L.Bajo.
AAnonymous UserValue hotel stays for two days and we booked 3 rooms, breakfast come with local selection which we really like the banana steamed roll very much.
The walks at the private beach is fun and morning or evening walks gives different vibe.
Rooms a bit outdated and not sound proof as we given low floors , we could hear ppl chatted till midnight from our rooms.
Fff88I had the pleasure of staying at Harbour Komodo Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience! The location of the hotel is simply perfect – it's situated in a prime area, making it incredibly easy to explore the island has to offer in walking distance. The staff here were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. They were attentive, professional, and always ready with recommendations or assistance whenever needed. It's clear that they go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and valued.
The room itself was everything I could have hoped for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. I particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind and relax.
Lastly, the feeling of safety was something I truly appreciated during my stay. The hotel’s security measures gave me peace of mind, and the area surrounding the hotel felt secure and welcoming.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable in Labuan Bajo, well-located, and safe place to stay with outstanding service. I can’t wait to return! Thank you so much.
