A beautiful place. The bad thing is that you need a bike or taxi to move. Beautiful and modern rooms. Great views. Fermi and John very friendly and friendly
The check-in experience is better than that of Ayana. There are welcome cards and fruit snacks, and the mini bar items are rich and varied. The waiters were helpful, kind and enthusiastic. When we left, they even welcomed us to come back if we had the chance, saying that this would always be our second home and that we felt very warm in a foreign country. Due to flight reasons, we were provided with an extra airport drop-off service free of charge, after all, it was less than 10 minutes away from the airport. Compared to the 100,000 NTD taxi fare we spent the day before when we took a taxi from AYANA to the hotel a few minutes' drive away, the detail of AKAKTANA's value-added airport transfer service was very generous and humane, and we have to give it a thumbs up.
Our stay at this hotel was exceptional! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hot shower had excellent water pressure, making for a truly refreshing experience. The balcony offered a stunning view, adding to the overall charm of the room. Speaking of which, the room itself was impressively spacious, providing plenty of room to relax.
Overall a nice place to stay. Comfy beds and linen with clean rooms. Quiet bay nice beach front a bit out of town. Staff and service was very good.
Negatives / Improvements:
Rooms:
No bedside lamp or power points near bed. I had to ask for an extension lead and this was only 1.5m long and had to be laid across the floor.
When using the balcony to relax you need to prop the door from closing or get locked out and removing E-Key the power goes off almost instantly. Cannot turn off interior lights from the bedside and cannot turn off the outside light at all.
Hot water is not hot.
Restaurant: Large selection of indonesian style food for breakfast but no eggs unless you ask. Cereal, fruit and danish pastries are average.
No barista style coffee. Tiny cups.
The hotel is not that far from the airport. It should take around 15 mins from the airport by taxi. There is a driver from the hotel who can pick you up at the airport, just call or text the hotel via WhatsApp. If you stay in the over ocean villa, the same driver will drive you between your room and the main building. Ivan is one of the driver there. He's the best. While you stay there, the hotel will assign one of the staff to assist you via WhatsApp. Ours is Agnes. You can text to the staff if you need anything such as call a buggy to pick you up and they reply like asap. The hotel itself is very beautiful with Japanese style interior design. The restaurant there is really good too. Located on the 2nd floor with stunning ocean view. Packed with various kind of dishes. All of the staffs there are very friendly and ready to help you to make sure you have the best experience there. Beby is one of the restaurant team. She is very cheerful, ready to serve you with huge smile on her face. We didn't try other facilities of the hotel but everything is there. Almost forget to mention about activities there. You can do kayaking and snorkeling in the ocean around the hotel which is a must. They also can provide you a selection of trip to explore Komodo islands. Full day or half day for you to join. We did a half day trip there visiting Kelor island, Kalong island and Manjarite island which was really worth it.
Still, the new room was very simple and white based and beautiful.
and the dining room. it's a neat, black-based, calm feeling
The meal was also delicious 〰️.
The insertion ❤️🩹 was also good ✨
and the staff used japanese
Very friendly and nice smile ❤️🩹
Coffee shop service is excellent!
Only 1 lift is working and I stay on 17 floor!
Rooftop bar and dining is close, aircon is running half speed throughout the hotel..
The hotel is comfortable, clean, friendly service, good breakfast, but there are still problems with rooms such as a blocked sink, the toilet is on the 3rd floor new but it is disgusting yellow like never brushed. This hotel needs vixal/porstek/harpic and something Because it's a pity that the interior of the hotel is good but not taken care of
Avoid This Hotel — Disappointing Stay from Start to Finish.
We made the mistake of booking a room without a window — it was incredibly cramped, with barely enough space for one person to walk down the hallway. The bed was wedged against the wall, making it impossible to access from both sides. Even worse, despite clearly booking for two people, we were only provided with one set of amenities. When we raised the issue at reception, we were told we needed to “request” amenities at check-in — a baffling response, considering the booking clearly stated two guests.
For the second and third nights, we upgraded to a room *with* a window — but don't expect a view. Ours looked directly into a concrete wall and, to make matters worse, had a giant water tank right outside. I requested a room change, but the staff flat-out refused.
Service throughout our stay was consistently poor. The restaurant was slow due to being staffed mostly by trainees. At checkout, we were asked to wait while they inspected the room — something I wouldn’t mind if it was brief, but the delay was frustrating, especially with our airport transfer waiting.
Speaking of transport, we used the hotel’s car service, but payments were handled in a very unprofessional way — no receipts were given, and we were told to pay either the driver or a random staff member at reception. It all felt shady and disorganized.
Sorry, but not sorry — this hotel was a disappointment in every way.
There is a free airport pick-up service. It takes about 20 minutes to drive there. The environment is nice, and there is a very large chessboard next to the swimming pool. The kids played chess with the huge chess pieces as soon as they arrived. The service attitude is very good. When checking in, I asked directly if there were any arrangements for a one-day tour to Komodo. After comparing the products of the six one-day tour attractions that I had already put in the Taobao shopping cart, I decisively chose to report to the hotel. The experience was indeed very good. The pick-up was half an hour later than Taobao. There were fewer people. There are no restaurants around, and they are all solved by the hotel. Including juice, tax and service fee, 100 per person. The beach is just a few steps away. It's so beautiful to watch the stars at night, and you can see the sky full of stars with your naked eyes. It's just that the room is old and feels a bit like a guesthouse in the 1990s. The sunrise here is also super beautiful

AAnonymous UserThe room is clean and neat with balcony. Very nice seaview from the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful from the receptions, cleaners, technicians, restaurant staff and drivers. Despite the hotel is under going some major renovation, it didn't make too much noise during the stays. Breakfast selection was not many, but it is adequate to fulfill hungers. Location-wise, opposite there is Fellas Pizza, to the left there is Ibu Asni within 5 minutes walk. Nearby there is a small convenient shop too. Walking to the town is possible, around 10-15 minutes. Overall stay is satisfactory.
AAnonymous UserWe booked 2 nights, the rate on promotion is quite competitive. Spacious room with balcony. Breakfast is good, just be careful of the birds, they come to eat your food when you are away. The restaurant serves good meals, we had our both dinners at the restaurant. Price is okay too. The location of the resort is a bit far to city center. Hotel can arrange hotel taxi but pricy. Or if you have local hire contact they can help you to call. There are free daily activities in the hotel like yoga, boreh making, etc. Nice to participate. They also have day trip to 3-4 places including Komodo island but price is at high end. They have hourly schedule free transportation to airport, which is 12 mins drive.

CChan_yWe stayed for one night after our sailing trip, and it was truly unforgettable! The hotel is set in a beautiful environment with breathtaking sea views all around. We booked a sea view room, and waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean was absolutely magical.
Even though our stay was short, the hotel team made it so special — they surprised me with a lovely birthday celebration, complete with bed decorations, mirror drawings and messages, a birthday cake, and a heartfelt birthday song. A huge thank you to Edy, Eras, and Erica for making it so memorable!
The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to start the day right. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service, and its location is perfect — just a short walk to cafes and restaurants.
We also loved the infinity pool that overlooks the sea — it was the perfect spot to relax. I treated myself to an hour-long massage at the spa, and it was pure bliss. The spa room had its own shower and also opened up to stunning sea views, making the experience even more relaxing.
Although it was just one night, the warmth, hospitality, and beauty of this hotel left a lasting impression. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
GGuest UserLelewatu is an example of understated luxury in Sumba Island, which is much off the beaten track compared to other parts of Indonesia. The staff is very attentive but low key at the same time. The restaurant is great, especially on local choices. The villas are spacious with really high ceilings, a great pool and plenty of privacy. Will miss sleeping at the sound of the waves.

GGuest UserFirst impression of the hotel - IG fanatics would love this hotel because of the decoration. It's decorated with various styles of chairs everywhere, fun and colorful, creating a happy atmosphere.
Love the stay here though it's just a one night stay before the flight to Bali. Check-in and check-out very smooth. Very friendly and efficient front desk staffs. Since I arrived before noon, hotel gave me an early check-in, also quickly react to a little problem in my room. They can help you to order Grab car in case you don't have the app.
Hotel is not that far from the Kupang airport. Lots of good restaurants, convenient stores and beach within walking distance. It's definitely worth to pay a little bit more for a seaview room - the seaview and sunset is stunning!!! Even the elevator is made with glass so you can enjoy the seaview while going up and down.
Breakfast is buffet and mainly Indonesian style, taste is fine. Shower water pressure is good. The only flaw I can find is restaurant service was pretty slow and not that attentive. I was the only guest at the restaurant during dinner, maybe they were busy with the takeaway/ room service, so been waiting for a long time for food. Luckily, taste of the chicken was delicious.
It's a shame the hotel doesn't have swimming pool so you can only go to the beach right in front of the hotel. Anyway, I will surely book Swiss Belcourt Kupang again and highly recommend to all travellers visiting Kupang.

AAdibah Ksurprisingly comfortable for the price we paid. staff are friendly and very accomodoting. also plus plus points for the management for allowing early check in when possible!
BBudi Hao LinI recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was spacious and clean. The view from the window overlooking the beach or harbour is blocked by other building. However, you can patronise the rooftop bar to have unblocked view to the beach or harbour. It’s particularly good to view the sunset.
The in-room amenities were adequate, but I found it is lack of toiletries such as toothbrush, comb, shaver. Overall, while the location and room size were positive aspects, there were some areas where the hotel could improve.
