Enjoyed during my one night stay. I’ve booked an urban twin room, allocated at level 15 facing the river. The view is stunning. As it was still Chinese New Year period on my stay, so got to see a number of fireworks from my room. Staff are friendly. Would definitely come back.

It was a fantastic deal! It’s located right next to KSL City Mall, with plenty of restaurants just outside. The place was very clean and offered a great view. The only downside was that we were woken up by construction noise from the unit above during our stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, connected to a mall, with a lively surrounding area including a night market and business district. It's very convenient for dining and shopping. Facilities: Complete, but a bit old. Hygiene: Not bad. Environment: Fantastic. Service: Acceptable.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this B&B. The check-in process was clear, straightforward, and quick. The room was spacious, very clean and tidy, with all the amenities you could need. The view was absolutely beautiful. I slept very soundly and quietly at night 🛌. I'll definitely be back to this B&B next time! 👏👏👏

Decided to have an impromptu one night stay at Holiday Villa JB during CNY - a hotel we have stayed at for a few times already. Slightly dated but still quite well maintained. The carpark ramps are the only scary thing - so narrow that most Singaporeans just opt for the 35RM per entry valet. Kalaivani at the Reception was really friendly and funny! They have very little double bed units but thankfully we got one. Due to CNY, fire crackers were being popped until almost 1am! Don’t think this is a good option for families with small children who need to sleep early. Thanks for a good stay!

A central location to stay within walking distance to KSL city and eateries. There's a backdoor connected to KSL city, and makes walking to the location closer. The place is fairly new, apartment is well-kept and facilities are clean. Would return for another stay, hopefully the renovation of the units around would be completed then.

Breakfast at Oliva cafe was great. But on the 2nd morning which coincides with Xmas day, the service was not too great. Too a while to replenish food 😅 might be due to lack of staff? I don't know. The best point is the location, near (walking distance) to mid valley south key mall but not the same pricey tag to st Giles. Room is clean and functional. I like that I can control the thermostat

Good location as it is on top of Paradigm mall, even though have to take grab to get to the mall. Decent breakfast with the fresh orange juice being the highlight. Good service as they made the bed for the third person even though have to wait some time for room to be ready.

My 3rd time staying in this hotel. Its abt 10 min walk from City Square passing by some popular Chinese restaurants. The room was spacious and upgraded to double bed with single bed. All toiletries are given. Clean and spacious toilet. I like their housebrand coffee. The kettle as usual got to be used next to the bed as there's no wall socket above the fridge. Will definitely stay here if price is right

The room with 2 queen size beds was great for a family of 4, with enough space for luggage as well. Location was convenient with multiple convenient stores and eateries nearby. The separated toilet and shower area was helpful in keeping things dry. Check in process was smooth, although they only accepted rm50 deposit in CASH. We came on a Saturday evening, so parking was a bit problematic - hopefully the hotel can have more assigned parking for the guests. Otherwise, we had a generally good stay here.
