Previous stay was many years ago. This time booked a Grand King room last minute 2 days before Xmas. Room was surprisingly clean, neat and well kept. Bedsheet was clean. Cleanliness has improved. Housekeeping team has done a good job. Nice short two nights stay. Was given room at Tower 2. Check in was fast and fuss free. Free parking for hotel guests. Very convenient location. Super easy to and fro from KSL city mall.

Equipped with amenities that you can spend time with family i.e. table tennis rooms. Many restaurants at level 1 of mall. Staff is quite prompt in respond on Whatsapp. Security guards everywhere to make you feel safer. Room generally clean except seats at toilet bowl with stains, sofa with dirts, chair at dinning table has pieces of food on it. location is ~15mins walk from custom. Check-in and out timing is very rigid.

Very clean hotel with air con and water heater. Rooms have in built hairdryer inside toilet too. Nice bed and comfortable place. Provide only soap and one tiny shampoo. No toothbrush so remember to bring your own. Nice greenery ambiance there. Friendly and helpful hotel staff everywhere you go. There’s lifts too to get to the rooms. Overall a comfortable stay and pleasant experience there. Thank you Tune Hotel 😄😄😄

Hotel is connected to the mall via a side door at the main lobby. We loved the unbeatable convenience. Housekeeping’s service was good. They prepared a nice surprise for us as we were having a celebration. However, the front desk lady in the morning of our arrival gave us an unpleasant start to the stay. She looked annoyed with us for being there early. We just wanted to leave our bags with the concierge. The room was not well maintained. There were stains on the table tops, toilet and bedroom wall. My bedsheet was also torn. Breakfast was okay but they were severely understaffed to manage the holiday large groups. It would have helped if there was a clearer system among the staff. On the second day we had to ask 5 different staff to clear our table and give us cutleries after getting a table the previous group just left. But we kept being passed to another staff and no one did anything. We had to escort someone to our table and have them clean up the leftover food. The hotel has a lot of potential being in an upscale area. But leaves so much more to be desired.

The room that was given to us has an aircon problem, it's not cold. We complained and waited one day for it to be repaired as promised by them but it's still faulty. The design of the shower door alignment with the curb is faulty, when you bath, the water will slip through the gap and cause the dry section of the toilet to be wet. The good point is the hotel is centrally located near the customs and provide free parking.

The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient and easy to access. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again

amazing view from the hotel room from the 29th floor, could stay there the whole night just to chill and appreciate the view. the location of the hotel is very convenient as well, being walking distance to CIQ and JB Sentral, but the walk over to the hotel from city square mall and komtar might be hard to find at first, and Google Maps shows the long way around which is inaccurate.

This was a return trip for us to Sunway Big Box Hotel. We booked the family suite for three guests and requested a large bed in a quiet room, as some rooms face the side with the live band at night. The staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Since we arrived very early, we left our luggage with the concierge. The hotel later sent us a WhatsApp message to inform us that our room was ready. Collecting the keys was quick and easy—just showed the message and we were good to go. The family suite was excellent: spacious, clean, and well-equipped, featuring two restrooms and a separate bar area with a coffee machine and microwave. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunway Big Box and will definitely return again soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Space Residency by Avery at JBCC. The apartment was spotless, modern, and expertly maintained. It offered a comfortable, spacious layout with a cozy living room, a clean bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for a relaxing visit. The location is excellent, just a short walk to KSL Mall, providing easy access to dining, shopping, and daily essentials. Free parking was a significant benefit, and entering and leaving the building was straightforward. Amenities were top-notch, especially the clean, well-managed infinity pool. The building felt secure with vigilant security staff, and the common areas were tidy and inviting. Service was prompt and efficient. Check-in instructions were clear, and the host was always available to assist. Overall, the stay was peaceful, comfortable, and surpassed our expectations. Ideal for couples or quick city escapes. We’ll definitely choose this place again for our next trip to JB!
